Alex did a great job replacing my hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was working in a tight space with a low ceiling and I'm sure it wasn't very comfortable for him. Having an older home, over 100 years old, he faced some atypical challenges that he rapidly found solutions for. Once he finished the job, in a timely manner, he cleaned up and made sure I had no questions. It was a pleasure to have him do the work. If I need a plumber in the future, I will be sure to ask for Alex.

We had a fire in the ceiling from a bathroom exhaust fan on Tuesday. The repair was completed by Friday. Exceptional response and restoration. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything very well. This is the second time we’ve worked with Apex, and we won’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Zero Stars. Terrible experience. Steer Clear! My personal experience with APEX Pros Plumbing was amazingly bad. The first plumbing technician charged $400 to unsuccessfully clear a bathroom drainpipe. Someone from APEX called the next day - without a follow-up site visit - indicating it would be $20,000 to fix the problem. When I asked for an explanation of the problem and a detailed proposal with parts, labor, etc., I received nothing. A day later, Atlas Butler came out and successfully addressed the problem in 30 minutes for less than the $400 wasted with APEX.

I highly recommend - I did a few solo house projects and had a small electrical issue come up that I didn’t want to mess with, but needed to be done last minute. Apex was able to send someone out same day and provide a free estimate with no commitment (most companies will charge just to knock on your door). Nathan was at my house within 2 hours of my initial call and while I did have him complete the work after the quote, I felt no pressure to do so. Nathan was friendly, honest, and worked super fast but did a great job. One thing that sticks out with me though was that while he was packing up, he told me what I did wrong and what to do next time in order to avoid having to hire someone to do it. Some say that takes away a potential future job, but it certainly makes me want to be a repeat customer, because I’ll ask for him the next time I need Apex.

Extremely disappointed with Apex. We paid over double what other companies have charged us in the past to hydro-jet our main line, but the quality was unacceptable. The tech was polite, but they left 5+ gallons of raw sewer waste puddled across our basement floor (which we cleaned up ourselves). Less than 24 hours later, the main line backed up again, causing our toilet to bubble violently and fail to flush. When we called, Apex refused to clear the incomplete job unless we paid a full new service charge. After checking Yelp and the BBB, we found a clear pattern of similar complaints regarding inflated prices, messy work, and refusal to fix issues without extra fees. My wife and I own two local businesses, including one in the home service industry. We would never leave a job in this state or refuse to stand behind our work. We had hoped to build a relationship with Apex and send referrals their way, but we cannot risk our reputation on a business operating like this.

I only had two hose spigots and two washing machine spigots that needed replaced. The Apex plumber went over fitting types and specifications, shut-off valves, and crimp/solder/sharkbite/threaded options and his recommendations. For easier maintenance in the future he added a service loop where there previously was none.

The first time they came out they quoted me thousands of dollars of work (I reached out to get 2 fans installed). After all of the talking and trying to get me to have other projects completed, he only had time to install 1 of the fans. Eventually I scheduled the second appointment. My window was 8-1. Around 1230, I hadn?t hear anything, so I reached out. I was told they?d contact me when they were on the way. At 1:00, I reached out again and was told they had my window down from 1-5. I scrolled up in the same text thread and took a screenshot of the confirmed 8-1 window they scheduled me for. They then told me the electrician was stuck on another job and would call when he was finished. I cancelled the appointment and now I have to find another company to install my fan (and of course now it?s in the 90s this week).

Used their Hydrojet service for a floor drain. It wasn?t successfully unclogged but I was charged the full price of $760 for the service even though it didn?t work? Something should be done about this type of business practice?

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I was charged over $800 for a 20 minute job. They changed a Sillcock. I was told the job was extensive. They required payment upfront (part of their scan). When I complained I was told the job cost 800 weather it takes 5 minutes or 4 hours.

I signed up for their Care Bear monthly charge to provide "tune ups" to my systems. Their HVAC tune up uncovered problems they said necessitated a whole new A/C and furnace. I got a second opinion and was told they LIED to me about everything. There's nothing wrong with my HVAC. DO NOT trust Apex. It's a scam.

I had a new electrical panel and 22kw Generac generator installed by Apex Pros. They are highly skilled, professional, on time, mindful of your property and EXTREMELY cost effective!!!! I can't stress enough if you need ANY OF THEIR SERVICES run don't walk, you won't regret using them!!

They did a fine job, on the expensive side.

Apex Plumbing, Heating and Air Pros, are the place to go. They come out and give you a free estimate and honest opinion. I had them replace my water heater and my furnace, and they did a wonderful job on both. I felt that I got the best deal and I was not taken advantage of because I am a woman. I fully recommend Apex and would not go with anyone else

Terrible operation. Charged $550 for 'leak detection' estimate, did not apply to repair, attempted to charge over $8,500 for a drain stack that should cost under a third that. They are now on my 'never use' list. Did not clean up, poor communications and workmanship on cutouts for estimate.
