Apex Plumbing, Heating and Air Pros

Used their Hydrojet service for a floor drain. It wasn?t successfully unclogged but I was charged the full price of $760 for the service even though it didn?t work? Something should be done about this type of business practice?

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I was charged over $800 for a 20 minute job. They changed a Sillcock. I was told the job was extensive. They required payment upfront (part of their scan). When I complained I was told the job cost 800 weather it takes 5 minutes or 4 hours.

I signed up for their Care Bear monthly charge to provide "tune ups" to my systems. Their HVAC tune up uncovered problems they said necessitated a whole new A/C and furnace. I got a second opinion and was told they LIED to me about everything. There's nothing wrong with my HVAC. DO NOT trust Apex. It's a scam.

I had a new electrical panel and 22kw Generac generator installed by Apex Pros. They are highly skilled, professional, on time, mindful of your property and EXTREMELY cost effective!!!! I can't stress enough if you need ANY OF THEIR SERVICES run don't walk, you won't regret using them!!

Apex Plumbing, Heating and Air Pros, are the place to go. They come out and give you a free estimate and honest opinion. I had them replace my water heater and my furnace, and they did a wonderful job on both. I felt that I got the best deal and I was not taken advantage of because I am a woman. I fully recommend Apex and would not go with anyone else

Terrible operation. Charged $550 for 'leak detection' estimate, did not apply to repair, attempted to charge over $8,500 for a drain stack that should cost under a third that. They are now on my 'never use' list. Did not clean up, poor communications and workmanship on cutouts for estimate.

Awesome job. Jimmy, Andi, Logan, Shannon, Bob and the rest of the team did an incredible job. In one day, they removed and replaced my 100+ year old sewer stack, connected to city sewer, corrected poor old DIY plumbing jobs (pre-dated me) and replaced the main city water line. The hydrovav was fast, clean (I taped over my windows, but didn't need it in the end) and didn't rip up my whole yard. And it was so quick on the supply side that I didn't even know they were nearly done. All of this was done in one day, the inspector was out promptly and everything was great. Was it pricy - yes, but it was a fair cost and the work was great. 100% will use them again (new water heater on deck).

Service was courteous and job was completed to satisfaction. Only reason I will not hire again is that the on-site quote was literally double (>$500) of competitor prices which I hired in the recent past for the same job. This was a for a non-emergency, but I decided to go through with the payment to complete the job as my basement was becoming a mess. I also received calls from other credible sites on Angie's List later in the day quoting $275!
