David Appelo and two of his crew came to our house after several phone call attempts after the first leak. Three attempts to fix the leak have failed and now a new leak is present in a different part of the roof. Since the second leak, I have made three calls to David’s cell phone and four calls to his office. In the only call that was returned, David told me he would call me back. He has not called me back. This is June 19, 2017 and the leaks continue. update: Following the initial review, an employee of Apex came by June 27th and July 3, 2018 and worked on the leaks. After informing Apex that one of the one leak continued, David Appelo called and made an appointment for July 11, 2018. David came by yesterday with an associate and worked on the roof for an hour and a half. When they left, David explained what he did to repair the leak and believed that he was successful. It rained hard that evening and the roof did not leak. I informed David that he was successful and was told to call him if the leaks started up again. For now, I have upgraded his rating to “B”.

        The work involved removing the tiles, rotted tarp paper  and rotted wood. They also replaced the exhaust vent on the roof. <br />  All the work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend their services. <br />

My roof was installed while I was away on vacation and my neighbor was aware of this work being done. Prior to any change in plans, the workers would telephone me to verify what I wanted done and did only that. The only problem that I would report is that the clean-up after the work was done was not complete. I found several nails around my home and in my driveway. <br />

I received several quotes for a new roof over my lanai.  David Applelow was the only one who went up on the roof, showed me photos of my roof and told me I didn't need a new roof - only a coating and sealing at a much lower cost. <br /> I did as he said and am very pleased. <br /> <br />

We moved into our home only to find the roof had a leak. We were new to the area from out of state. Not knowing anybody in the area we contacted Dave at Roofmasters. Dave came right over the same day I called him and examined the problem and gave me an estimate.
