2 hours agoNew-Edit Delete I initially gave the company a good review but here we are 3 weeks later and my entire front yard is a hot mess. The tank was supposed to be on the side of the home but instead they placed it in the front yard. There are sink holes everywhere around the tank, one I fell into yesterday. You would think if you paid 12K for a job it should be done right. Called the office several times to no avail. The owner refuses to take my calls, refuses to see the screwed up job they did. I'm not looking for a handout, I just need my yard repaired.

I do not recommend this company. I hired Apex in Pace FL to convert my septic system to the city sewer. They installed the pipes to connect to the city sewer line and a grinder pump, but left it all exposed. I paid in full because they said it would only take a couple of days for them to come back and refill the ditches where they installed the pipes and pump, but it took 3 weeks. Their manager apologized for taking so long to come back and assured me they would provide any extra dirt needed to fill in the ditches. When they did refill the dirt (after 3 weeks of follow up) there wasn't enough dirt to completely cover the grinder pump and surrounding pipes. Two months later, they still have not provided the fill in dirt and have stopped returning my messages. Also, I have asked several times for the owner's manual and information on the 2 year warranty they say I have on the grinder pump. They have also neglected this request. Beware!

It was fine. They did a great job. They seemed professional.

It was really good. They kept on working, they didn't sit around.
