could not reach anybody to return my emails or calls. still trying to get this scheduled and it was already paid for. Not off to a good start. Would not recommend this company.

Company showed up on time and gave me an estimate to clean ALL my air ducts. The deal through Angie's list did not cover cleaning out all the air ducts in my house.

I bought the dryer vent coupon via Angie's list. Best way to contact is through email. The selected dates and a phone message went unreturned, however, responded immediately via email, and set up an appointment very quickly. Definitely noticed a difference in the efficiency of our dryer, and worth the money spent. Nice guy, friendly, and on-time.

Arrived spot on time. Discovered my dryer had become partially loose from the vent system and repaired that connection. He then went outside and cleaned the vent line clear back into the house. I was embarrassed by the amount of crud that had accumulated. The tech was covered in gray lint. Everything was included in the prearranged deal and it took less than an hour to do all the work. Very happy with A Plus and I won't wait so long to call them again.

To start this off I'm usually not a guy to leave a review for anyone as my time is money but I felt for these guys at A+, they gave me a quality outstanding service that deserves review. At first I must say I was skeptical with the whole way the coupon worked out and how the price fluctuated in there good better best pricing packages, but all said and done when it came down to it these guys were flawless. They described in detail what service was to be provided in each package and what the benefit of the outcome was to purchase it. They were not pushy with thier sales but they were very knowledgeable with what they seen was needed in my home and what they could accomplish from their service. They even flat told me " we won't be the cheapest " but they reassured me for the reason that the service would be of a higher quality with great outcome in which even the smallest of areas would not be overlooked. So as a father of daughters with allergies and pets parading through the house I wanted the best of the best and I can truly say that's what I got! Every step of the way they updated me on issues they discovered an how it would be overcome. I never felt once as if I was left in the dark and just paying for some Joe blow service. I would strongly recommend this service provider to anyone looking for quality in home services these guys are great!
