Vitaliy came late on a Saturday to look at our frig. He very quickly determined that he could fix the problem without replacing parts. He needed to take apart the frig interior and melt off a large section of ice. Worked hard and finished it it quickly.

Vitaliy with A Plus Appliance Care was great! He came after hours to look at our fridge and gave us suggestions to help prevent the problem from getting worse while we waited for the part needed for repair. He came back the day the part came in and worked after hours again to complete the repair. Fantastic service!

I called and described the situation involving an install that was done for my Wolf Steam Oven. The previous installation done by another vendor was not done properly. Eventually the side trim fell off. A Plus Appliance Care technician showed up and assessed the situation. installed everything properly and it looks perfect. This time it was done right. I have tried multiple companies over that last several months and nobody wanted to take the job. A Plus came over and took care of it quickly and I am very satisfied.

It went well. Contractor ran into scheduling difficulties, but came the next day after notifying us of the issue and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Appreciated the professional way he handled the situation. Work was solid and he really knew what he was doing.

After diagnosing the problem, he happened to have the right part for the refrigerator inverter compressor in his van. He replaced the bad part with a new one. Sure enough, my refrigerator started cooling. His fees were reasonable: $55 for diagnosis, $175.00 for parts & $100 per labor= total cost $330, but gave me a discount for using Angie’s List. The whole experience was about 1 hour, not counting his travel time. Vitally is a nice person to work with. I would call him again for appliance repair.
