It was a very positive experience from start to finish. The consultant who first came was very informative and agreeable. Installers were prompt and considerate and office staff very helpful in coordinating with me and helping with rebate forms. Everyone was very professional and I am very happy with the product.

Was initially given an estimate from Ben Allain. He was our contact person and supervised the entire project. He was always available, returned calls, started & finished on time and cleaned up everything. Ben was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered & explained all questions and concerns. The system works very well. We received a thank you note from A Plus for our business with them. Very happy with Ben & A Plus.

PJ and crew where on time, early even. They were friendly & professional. Outstanding service.

3 Days to complete the job

As explained. 3 people involved in installation. Knew what they were doing. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Install was done in 2 days by 2 experienced men. They knew what they were doing and did all work professionally. Arrived on time, quiet, no smoking, no bad language, and a pleasure to have in our house. We can hardly hear any of the units operate and no problems after 2 weeks. The unit they installed will give us a $1300 rebate once we get it mailed in. Sales, installers and office people were all wonderful.

The workers came on time & worked 3 full days. They were professional the entire time they were here. We had another estimate for the job and A Plus was the best value.

Professional, friendly, on time

Fours hours later the the system was up and running again. The system has been running very efficiently and keeping the house cool.

Always timely; workers very courteous; installation took 1 day longer than expected several return visits request due to error messages but no problems in last 4 days.

The technicians arrived on time and did a very good job. My only complaint I was not told or shown the filter. When I asked he could not tell me and told me I would have to open up the furnace to see.

We first met with Ben who helped us to choose the correct furnace for our home. Then Jeff and Dave came to install it. They did the install in one day which was great. They cleaned up completely after and Dave explained how to use the new thermostat before he left.

Was there early on the day they said they would be there. Did a excellent, clean, fast replacement. Checked all safety items. Did a excellent job as always-all this on thoroughgoing weekend. A-Plus is A in our book!

Extremely satisfied & so happy we chose A plus HVAC Inc company walked me through the entire process from Ambrosius (Sales) to installation and rebates/ paperwork. Lisa (owner) is extremely kind and patient and very efficient.

The entire team was extremely professional and easy to work with, from the team on site doing the installation to the salesperson and office staff very responsive and happy to answer questions. The installation team kept me informed of progress and the next day's schedule and took care to leave our home very clean after each day's work. We were very impressed with A plus as a company and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anybody.

I explained how the 2nd floor of our home was always 10-20 hotter. They sent out someone to talk w/ & give options. A week later, the serviceman came & installed the 2nd zone for upstairs.

Rep came and gave estimate with thorough explanation of entire system and what would take place, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Workers came and did an excellent install. Neat, clean, friendly.

Crew was on time, highly competent friendly, and efficient. The work was done on schedule despite an unexpected problem with running power lines. Company provided and assisted with rebate filing.

  <b>A-Plus HVAC were terrific and yes they showed up early for this two day job BUT, after doing our research online and also asking questions from 3 different HVAC companies that we interviewed and received quotes from, we were in agreement that it is the quality of the install combined with the name of the brand that sets HVAC contractors apart. </b> <br> <p><b> A-Plus HVAC does quality installations and we are more than satisfied on the knowledge, workmanship and professionalism that they demonstrated. From the sales people to the office staff to the installation crew, everything is top notch and more than helpful in the smallest questions asked. They leave no stone un-turned and go above and beyond in customer satisfaction.<br> <br> This was a BIG job replacing ALL the pieces to heat and cool our home and they all were great in guiding us through the process of comparing different HVAC lines and how they operate. <br> <br> After all was said and done we chose a completely new Heil HVAC system over Bryant and Carrier. These brands are all under the Comfortmaker umbrella which is owned by United Technologies. Heil is manufactured in and assembled in the same manufacturing plant as Carrier and yes they share some of the internal parts with relation to the gas furnaces and air conditioners.        </b></p> <br> <br> <br>
