Yet, after the product is sold and installed you have a very hard time getting ahold of them. What I look for is a trustworthy person, reliability and the best product to go with that. Nainoa checked back with me a week after my cameras were installed to see how everything is running. He also said he would be doing annual check ups just to make sure everything is running smoothly. Cost of the product was very reasonable but what is very valuable to me is the professionalism, reliability and trust I received from Nainoa. You really get what you pay for.
