Terrible experience. The technician showed up without basic tools and couldn’t diagnose my heating issue—I had to explain the recurring problem myself. A plumbing leak took over a month to “fix,” and the drywall repair was sloppy. After showering, my bathroom flooded due to their poor work.
When I called to report the urgent leak, the technician was rude, blamed me, and hung up. They refused to come back promptly and showed zero urgency or professionalism.
Poor workmanship, awful customer service, and dismissive attitude make this company unacceptable. I cannot recommend them.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!! TRUST ME AND TAKE MY ADVISE! I hired this company through Angi to fix a toilet leak. A guy named Steve came to my property and, without inspecting the source of the leak, immediately replaced the wax ring at the base of the toilet. He charged me $140, but the leak persisted. When I asked him about it, he claimed the toilet tank had a leak and wanted to charge me an additional $400 to replace the toilet. He wanted to charge me twice for this job. If he'd inspected the source of the leak initially, I would've paid $400 to replace the toilet instead of additional $140 for the wax ring. I think this is a scam, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing services

"Faraad, I?d like to close this out with a clear and fair explanation of my experience. The technician arrived around 7 PM, which I understand is after normal business hours and may involve higher service costs. During the visit, he informed me that there was also an issue with the toilet tank and that replacing the toilet would cost an additional $400 if I chose to proceed. At that time, I declined and asked him to replace the wax ring only. The wax ring replacement addressed the basement leak related to that issue. However, the tank leak was a separate problem, which explains why water continued to be present afterward. I appreciate the work that was done and understand there were multiple issues involved. My original concern came from the overall experience and the additional repair that was needed. I?m simply sharing my experience so others have a complete and balanced understanding."
