Another plumber charged over $4k and said it would be another $31k to dig up my front yard and replace a sewer line. I think I was being conned! Geoff showed up quickly, fixed it easily and the cost was about $1.5k. Tenants are happy, I'm happy, Geoff is a superhero!

Apollo was able to schedule a technician for the next day. Jordan showed up and was very pleasant and friendly, as well as respectful of our home by wearing shoe slippers and being careful with his equipment. He worked very hard on opening our clogged kitchen sink pipes. Worst clog he’s seen. He stayed focused and persistent and got the job done. A lot of soap scum! I hired this company to check an error code on my water heater. They informed that the anode rod needed to be replaced or I could just replace the entire water heater. They gave me several quotes including $4800 to replace just the anode rod or $4500 to replace the whole water heating unit, but wouldn't show me pricing details. I told them to move forward with the repair and afterwards he could walk me through the details of the pricing. They charged my card for $4127 plus tax. I asked to see an itemized invoice and was told I would be sent one when the technician completed his notes. I later received a one line item invoice for $4127 plus tax for a 50 gal electric water heater replacement, several photos, and nothing more. I looked up the retail cost of my new water heater and it is only $825. The average cost in my area is $1000-$2300 for installing a replacement water heater of its size and kind. This company will overcharge you. I?ve filed with the AG for price gouging.

The came and incorrectly diagnosed the cause of a problem common to several drains in the house. The saw three 90 degree connections close to each other and said they would remake the drain piping to solve the issue. Thier quote was over $6,000. I did the work in about four to five hours and used under $200 in materials. As experienced plumbers, I'm sure they could have done the job faster. Thus thier quote is almost $2,000 per hour. Highway robbery and predatory business are two phrases that come to mind. I paid the $99 service fee for the misdiagnosis and said no thank you to the outrageous quote.

I will definitely be using Apollo Plumbing again. A great experience all around. I woke up unable to use any plumbing in my home and within a few hours an Apollo technician arrived and resolved my issue.

Everyone was very helpful from the front desk to the guys who showed up the next morning. I needed a valve changed so I could have my dishwasher installed and they came out and got it fixed in no time. Have and would recommend to friends

First of all, this rating is not in regards to the tech (Jason) who came out. He was a nice guy and did good work. It is Apollo Plumbing as a company. I was in a bind and needed a plumber to unclog a toilet that I couldn't seem to get with the plunger. Apollo had high ratings so I called. I see others have mentioned their price gouging, wish I would have read some reviews. I told him what the problem was and I thought it would be a quick job. The price quoted was over $500! This was straight up highway robbery but as mentioned I was in a bind. He used an auger for less than 5 mins and the problem was solved. $100 a minute, never again.

Apollo tried to gouge me with a charge $2377 for a 3 hour job! When I said $766/hour was outrageous, the tech tried to claim it a difficult job because he had to 'put down carpet protector', 'take off his shoes' and 'install earthquake straps'. I was seeking installation of a new gas water heater I purchased at Lowes, had it delivered to the home, had a dolly ready for the 2 Apollo men to use & my adult son to help AND the old tank drained already. Don't be fooled by the Apollo "we'll get there quick and give you an estimate". I paid their highway robbery $99 estimate charge and they only spent 10 min looking at the job. I subsequently found 2 other plumbers who quoted $1200 & $1250 est. and 2 others who quoted $400 & $350 est. The Apollo tech said certain things in front of my tenant to scare her and force me to use them on the spot. Apollo is unscrupulous, are highway robbers and price gougers. I used the $400 plumber and all went well. Saved myself $1575 (see below). Good luck to you in your search for a plumber with honesty, diligence and integrity. Call the ones in Craigslist. Here's the number of the plumber I used (posted here backwards) 9653995524 GREG. Took him 1.45 hour. He charged $700 - but that's because he did more work while there than what was in my picture initially sent and he did a good job.

He did a service call. But was not able to fix it, he suggest to call the Flood Guys.

They did a good job. They were a little pricey but they are a really good company. We would definitely recommend them.

Tyler came for inspection the next day after calling. The water was flooding to the street. It was thanksgiving time (Friday) and I had to shut off water from the house until the leak can be fixed. He gave me a quote of ($3900 with tax) which is very high compared to what needs to be done, but I was stuck given that its holiday and I needed water for the house ASAP. He came on Monday with Mark and brought a 3rd party company to locate the leak underground. They excavated and replaced the defective piece. It was a 3 hour job. It was made quick and professionally, but it was unreasonably overpriced and I felt my urgent situation and the fact that it's around holiday time was exploited for extra profit margin.
