It was one of the best relationships I have ever had with a contractor. They gave us a solid quote on the cost which held the whole time. There were no surprise costs. If there were any issues they would come back and fix it with no problem. They are good folks.

I found this company while searching for businesses that laid sod. They had some positive feedback on some other sites so I gave them a call. I spoke with Tyler who is the owner and the discussions went well. We talked about what I was looking for and he gave the pros and cons. <br /> I decided to go with their service. One of the things I found with Tyler was that his responsiveness was not that great. I usually emailed and would receive an answer may be a day or a few days later depending on how much I followed up on it. <br /> The guys came out one time and cut the grass then they came out later and cut it a little shorter. After that that they aerated the lawn and spread lime and fertilizer then bermuda seed. <br /> One of the things that let me down was the the guidance or lack of it. I asked if I should be watering the lawn after it was seeded and the answer was pretty cryptic and I took it as no. So you can imagine how the project went. <br /> The seed didn't germinate well and they came out again to aerate and lay more seed. <br /> Overall I'm not overly impressed with the service and follow up. They guys were always professional when they were here but I'll be go with a different service in the future for my landscaping needs. <br />
