He started with me when I bought the cabin and the whole crew was wonderful. The clean up and everything is impeccable.

Service was on time, at less than originally quoted, and the quality of service was more than expected. Even though they are from two counties over, they arrived when promised, worked continually, and tidied up after themselves. We are not affiliated in anyway with these folks, but would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Everything we discussed was done professionally. Chris was very helpful and reassuring about the stability of some trees near our home. His staff was amazing. I would definitely call Appalachian Tree Works again.
Mr. Holloway and his crews did an outstanding job in each of their endeavors. They were always there in a timely manner and adjusted their schedules to accommodate some really difficult weather circumstances.
We intend to have them back to do some trim work to maximize the views fro our back deck.
What a great experience...twice the work at half the price! These guys arrive with a chipper and a will to work, and they are extremely professional. We had 4 large oak trees removed and two other large ones greatly trimmed of the lower branches, plus several smaller ones on one side of the driveway trimmed. I am an avid gardener with 5 varieties of Japanese Maples in my yard, so it was extremely important to us to have the aforementioned trees removed without damaging these or my perennial garden. I do wish you could've seen the way they gently lowered each bough without my saying a word, and I am very happy to report all my other trees and plants remain unscathed. My husband was especially pleased that Appalachian Tree Works provided a great clean-up job...hauling off the logs, chipping the branches and raking up the rest of the leaves. I gave them an A rating, only because there is no A+!
They were there early. Worked steadily until the job was finished. They asked several times if we were satisified with their work and we were.

The rep called me back after my initial phone call and we arranged a time for him to come out. His quote was very reasonable so I gave him my okay for the work. After a delay of a few days because of bad weather, he came out on the appointed day, arriving early with a two man crew. I was very pleased with the work. My only complaint is that I called back maybe 5 or 6 weeks later to see if the company could remove leaves and brush in my yard. I was told someone could do it but no worker ever showed up. I assume that their only business is cutting trees.
They are easy to work with. We were able to negotiate how they were going to do everything, to meet their requirements of safety and all that. It went real well. I was really happy. It was half a days' work and they were out of here. We life down a hill in a wooded area and they were willing to work with this. And they saved me some money, so that made me a happy dude.
