It took 4 visits over a 2 week period. The last visit was necessary because the wiring was done incorrectly on the third visit and another technician had to come and fix the work. The first technician didn't tell me there was a problem; I had to find that out myself. The price quoted by the first technician was not honored by the company, even though customer service reps said the company would go by the technician's cost estimate. Multiple calls to the company's customer service reps were unsuccessful. The best they'd say is they'll use this for future training, to ensure it doesn't happen again. I was unable to speak with someone in charge about the manner. CS staff acted bored by my concerns about the quality of work and the overcharging and declined to address either issue. The poor quality of work and poor attitude have me reconsidering using this company in the future and am looking at other heating and cooling companies. The second technician was terrific; just not sure it's enough to counteract the hours and hours the first technician spent here (and didn't fix the problem/left it not working) and lousy customer service reps (I spoke with several different ones; they were all pleasant but equally indifferent).

They are always very professional, very responsive and they installed our furnace and our tank less water heater and they just always very helpful.

I have used them for years. It worked out excellent and Alex was great. He made recommendations but they do not push you to do it. He was very thorough and I will use them again.

I had heating and air conditioning with Apple Heating and Cooling. I was not impressed by the technicians they sent out. First of all they didn't complete the job in one, they came out and started on it and then they went away for about a week until they finally showed up again. I would say the job was not planned very well. I would probably not recommend them to anyone else with respect to the demeanor of there installation people. I would say they did not do the job very professionally.
