Apple Pest Control

We had hired another pest control person to trap and remove varmints who had created a void under our front porch. He set a trap which captured a skunk. However after failing to respond to my calls / texts for two days, I had an urgency to have the skunk removed and released from the trap. That's when I used the Angi app and Apple Pest Control was recommended. I called their office the next morning and within 90 minutes Stan arrived and professionally removed the entrapped skunk, removing it to a distant rural location where it was released. Since then Stan has trapped several raccoons, a possum and skunk, helping us rid these pests from our property. I highly recommend Apple Pest Control

Replied promptly, very courteous, very professional, found & removed dead bird from clothes dryer, good clean-up, reasonably priced. I plan to use him in the future.

Jon did an exceptional job. He is kind and professional. He caught the big giant rat under the bathroom sink and he sealed the hole where it was coming from. I can finally go to sleep at night without worrying that a big giant rodent is going to bite my toes off while I am asleep. I hope to never have a rodent problem again but should it happen, I will seek out Jon for help.

Terrible experience. Quoted one price for treatment. Billed $30 higher. Company refused to make adjustment even though website stated quoted price. CS rep and Office Manager were terribly unprofessional.

Apple Pest Control responded to my request immediately and came to my house within two hours of initial contact. This was unexpected considering it was a Saturday morning. The pest control technician, George, listened to my concerns about the crazy ant infestation in my attic and how they were spreading to different rooms through the light fixtures. He also listened when I told him that I was concerned about the insecticide that he would use in the attic since I am allergic to pyrethrums— a common ingredient in pesticides. George immediately looked up the ingredients list on the pesticide that would be used to dust for ants in my attic. Pyrethrums were on the ingredients list, so he suggested that instead of dusting the attic, how about he spray the entire outside perimeter of the house and see if that would stop the infestation. I was skeptical that this would kill the ants in the attic, but George explained that the ants were accessing the area outside of the house... if he sprayed outside, the chemicals would stick to the ants and eventually kill the colony. I agreed to try this, but I was sure that he would have to come back and dust the attic. Within five days of the outside treatment, no living ants were seen in the house! It has now been two weeks since treatment and I am very happy with the results. I’m very grateful that George suggested the outside treatment approach rather than introducing pesticide into my house. I would definitely recommend Apple Pest Control and will use their service again if I have a need in the future.

Apple Pest Control did a great job spraying our office for bugs. We appreciated their communication to ensure they were coming at a convenient time to have the entire office sprayed.

Adam came out to my home and needed to get in the attic to see what was going on. He said he couldn't find any critters at the moment, but he was able to see how they got in (around a vent in the roof). He said he needed to close that gap and would keep a squirrel cage in the attic in case they got back in. We were told to tell him if we heard anything in the area of the cage over the next 48 hours. He left the cage and planned on coming back to check on it in a day or two. Nothing happened, the critters weren't caught, but it seems closing up the attic fan stopped them from coming back in. It's been a few weeks and we haven't heard any kind of critters in the attic. Overall I'm super happy with the service, they answered the phone every time I called, made my wife feel very safe and we'll definitely use them again!

very disappointed in the quality of customer service that I received from this company. 1. the time it took for them to respond to my inquiry was longer than what I expected for a customer interested in their services 2. Company did not want to send me tyoes of services they offer along with costs(red flag but still proceeded) 3. Company did not honestly provide detailed information when describing costs and treatment 4 company had to return to re-treat since first application was unsuccessful then later stated the type of service I purchased for $151 only covered a specific proximity around the house , but as a courtesy , they would re-treat 5. the second treatment was unsuccessful, i had more ant hills than before they came out. I took pictures and called , emailed and texted without a response 6. Company only responded after posting my review on Google, with which , still has not returned my calls to address paying for services that were not delivered 7. I asked for a refund or try a final treatment and have heard nothing! 8. They are aware of the urgency in needing pest control and from this point will need to pay another company for services! This company does not stand by their promises on customer satisfaction nor are they responsible or professional enough to make things right. Don't waste your time or energy with Apple Pest control. The headaches are not worth $151!! At this point I will need help from my bank and explain that company did not deliver pest control services successfully therefore should rightfully receive a refund! Horrible and expensive choice in choosing this company disappointed

Arrived on time - let me know what was going on - and so far no bugs. Did outside and inside, including the attic.

The rep looked over the area, and explained in excellent detail what they would do. Had the area where they were located sprayed, and also treated the entire outside of the house as well. I was happy with the service. Great people.
