Using my Home Warranty company, I had to wait for a week for him to get here. He said it was one of the boards. Waited another week for him to put the board in, then he said that didn't work and ordered the second board. Another week later he brings the second board and that wasn't it either. Not he said it was the whole control section. Another week and still waiting. When you call you get a message to text them. He said they have to order from Sears and that's why it takes so long. I could have ordered the same part on Amazon and gotten it in 1 or 2 days.

Edward and his friend made my home look worse than it did before they started. They made one section look better, but the front looks worse and appears to be damaged. Half of the back looks much better and the other half looks like they just ran water over it briefly. When I called to talk to him about the problem he would not return my call. There is also a chip knocked out of my siding.
