Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker Repair or Service
They were contracted through my warranty company to fix my refrigerator. After almost 2 weeks of waiting for parts they would not tell me if they were in transit and would not give me any indication when my fridge would be fixed. I asked them to call the parts company and see if it was shipped. The next day the technician said he was taken time off and would not be fixing my fridge. That was my experience with them.
