$800
The owner and his cousin came out for the initial assesment on Nov. 2015 and made an estimate for 700 not including Angiest List deal of 29 which would be discounted. For the next visit the price went to 800 (a deal we were assured if we left a good review) and, as we were excited to have two working ovens on our old Roper, we agreed and paid. As the repairs went on, they were missing pieces they need to obtain (included in the cost) and rescheduled. Months went by, many phonecalls, messages left and threats to take them to small claims court, to be told they were still waiting for the part. Six months later, again after many messages left, being put on hold and hung up on, we finally spoke to the owner who again initially promissed to fix, then aknowledged the part was not available for the price. We agreed to getting half the cost back, then they could not locate the original receipt (we needed to provided it) and finally, months later (now September 2016) we received a check for $250 in our mailbox (not half as promised). Overall they did repair one oven, had abismal customer service, did not refunds us for half the cost as promised and, to our knowledge, did not honor Angies' List deal. I would not recommend them specifically for lack of professionalism.

Do not use this company. I've had 5 appointments with them to solve a problem with my washing machine. Twice they haven't had the right parts. Once they created a different problem requiring another follow up. Once they were 5 hours later than the window they told me they would arrive. That time my main contact stopped responding to my texts and phone calls completely. Then the fifth time they just did not show up. Right now I am out $450 and still have the same problem as when I started. Plus I've lost numerous hours of my life waiting on this company to show up. Save the time and money and use a company that actually fixes things. These people run a horrible business.

The serviceman looked at it and immediately said that it was broken and I needed it to be replaced. He went to his truck and got another cheap looking ice maker. He hooked it up and said it would take a while for it to begin working. By the next day, still no ice. I called and he came back and THEN pulled out the refrigerator and saw that a connection was not attached. He connected that, and then the ice maker began working. So, I basically paid $350 for an ice maker, that I most likely did not need, since the problem was with the hookup to the refrigerator, which had become loose.

They did some work on the kitchen appliances if I'm not mistaken they did okay. My wife was more involve with it because she was the one who was here when we actually had the interactions with them. I think it was  a couple of hundred dollars and  it was for the dish washer and it turned out it was a part or something that needed to be done something needs to be repaired in order for the part to work so we got charge for the part but the repair was actually never was really completed.

Great! I learned alot about the parts of the appliances I can clean and maintain on my own.

I bought the $99 for Laundry and Kitchen Appliance Tune Up Plus a Garbage Disposal Inspection. I have inherited all my appliances from the previous home owner and I just wanted to get a sense of what might need to be replaced and which ones still had life in them. Usually these deals are more "inspection" and less "tune-up" or "cleaning". But I have to say that was not the case here. Richard (I think that was his name) arrived and got promptly to work. He cleaned out some glass and soap build up in my dishwasher and talked me through some warning signs and troubleshooting processes for other appliances. and even though it wasn't part of this deal, he took a look at my oven and microwave and fixed an issue where one of the burners wasn't producing flame through all the burner holes. I definitely recommend doing something like this at least once a year, especially if you purchased a home and got someone else's appliances.

My experience was so-so. It ended up costing about $300 to have the ice maker replaced. I think they should have been able to diagnose the problem on the first visit but were not able to. They replaced a part that they did not need to. I think the technician was not familiar on how to diagnose the problem but probably should have been able to.

Overall great experience. They showed up as planned and gave me a call 30mins before to confirm. Diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. I ended up not doing the repair because with the cost parts and labor it made more sense to just buy a new washer. Appliance Alliance is upfront and honest with the diagnosis and repair costs, and no pressure to move forward with the fixes. I will hire them again for appliance repairs.

We also had someone come out and do fix a dish washer that they already fixed for about the same price for a new dish washer but I don't think they are on your list, they were just here yesterday even the [01:10] it was like they fired the guy, the guy come out twice but its a mini washing machine for dishes and I was like how much is for a new one and he was like oh about that price I go why would you ever ask to pay to get it fix and not tell them to buy a new one you know, the guy who owned it came by and said that he couldn't fix it that he doesn't see anything broken with it but its just the thing that open itself doesn't work and it's a small unit  its like if there was something wrong with it for $270 which I doubt the brand new ones that you could get online right now from like ABT are $279 its all just ridiculous I was like why don't you just give us a new one[02:39] and he goes we don't have those and then we have decorative draws on the right side [02:46] ourselves  you could give us the regular one then, they said it was for water valve, I wasn't here for that one my aunt was here for that but when they told her it was going to cost her $270 it is a half a  dish washer you know what I am talking about I don't know why anyone would get a half of a dish washer and its not twins I cant have a dish washer that is not working. I am like its ridiculous  and I don't know why anyone would buy that for  like decorative draws that would only fit a row of [03:49]  i mean if you are going to fix something at the cost of the appliance you shouldn't fix it, i believe even in fixing my car if its going to cost half of what my car is worth it should be a pretty big discussion, you know what I am saying.

It didn't go so well. It took them about 11 days to get here. I didn't pay anything extra. They could have contacted me when I asked them to which was basically 2 days after I had purchased the big deal. They could have followed up with me instead I had to followup with them 5 or 6 times to get somebody on the phone to come out here. I understand that they told me I had to get a new dryer and they didn't have to come out for that but they had then offered to come out and help me with the hookup of the new dryer but they weren't available. They could have been much more responsive and they could have followed through with their offer to help me hookup the new dryer. I went with them because of Angie's List.
