Appliance Care Experts responded quickly and was able to come the next day. He came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed. He came back when the part was ready (one day), and did the repair. He was friendly, efficient and accurate. The dishwasher is working well now.

Clothes Washer or Dryer Repair or Service
Tan solved the problem with my dryer. There was a buildup of lint at the bottom of the dryer which had caught fire and tripped the thermostat. Tan reset the thermostat and cleaned all the lint, put the dryer back together and all is well. Recommended having the dryer cleaned every 2 years.

Very courteous. Made the best recommendation to get a new dishwasher instead of replacing the motor and paying for the labor. I will use him again for my other appliances.

Tan Doan the technician did a great job and got my dryer working again. He had the required part with him and replaced a switch that was causing the problem. He also took about a min to look at my problem and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator which I was very grateful for. I have been trying to figure that out for over a year.
