The technician had to come to my house 4 times because each time the dishwasher would run, it would stop running after he left. I asked if the board was defected and he said yes. A new board was ordered and then that board didn't work either. He promised to give me all my money back and so far I only got $198.00 and he still owes me my deposit of $100.00.

Fridge was definitely "dead" and the dishwasher motherboard was replaced a couple days later when the part came in.

It went as expected. The diagnostic was performed and a solution was proposed, with no hassle or obligation.

Really well. Tao was polite, professional and very patient with us. He is excellent. If you need an appliance repaired, ask for Tao. We are going to keep him on speed dial for any other appliance repair needs. A+ for service and professionalism.

repairman was friendly generally and did a good job but did not tell me ahead of time that the type of door I had would not close automatically. That was the whole reason I wanted door fixed. He repaired another part, which was helpful, but the main thing was not. He should have told me this before work was started. Company offer was 30% off repairs for a second visit. The repairman said this was wrong. Only if another appliance was fixed. This was NOT what offer said. I emailed Angie's List about this but received no response. So they get a lousy rating for this as well. What's more I was billed $310. Bill was not itemized as I requested so I had no idea what cost what. The repairman said I was receiving 20% off but there was way for me to know without proper receipt.

We first called Sears because we have a Kenmore dryer. We were charged $123 for the visit and given an estimate of $495 to replace the element. We were offered a warranty service agreement of $50 a month for all our appliances and if we accepted that, we could get the repair for $189. We were not happy with this so called Appliance Doc LLC. They came right away and replaced the element for $281. The repairman was pleasant and professional. We will definitely recommend him to our neighbors and use them again if we have a problem. Thank you Appliance Doc, LLC

Excellent service. He knew right away what was wrong with the fridge (even though it is a very old fridge, probably >15y old) and came back 3 days in a row when the parts were coming in to perform the work. He was also very reliable and called as soon as the parts came in and to let us know when he would be coming back. He was also very good at showing and explaining what the problems were and what he was going to do and why. His price was extremely reasonable and in the end we saved a lot of money by not having to buy a new refrigerator! His price for a diagnostic is also much more reasonable than Sears appliance service repair, for example (1/2 of the price). Would highly recommend for anyone seeking to have an appliance repaired rather than replaced!!

Repair person came to our home early, so that was good, however he diagnosed our problem quickly as being a broken control board and it would run $400, just about half the cost of the washer itself. When he saw that I was highly skeptical of the price and the diagnosis, he said ok let me run some more "tests". He proceeded to reach behind the washer and literally unplug and replug the washer. It came to life. I said ok how did you get it to turn on as if I didn't know what he did.He said "I jump started it with my tools". I'm an electrical engineer. I know thats crap. So I asked politely, ok what tools, he said, "well I can't really, I can't explain I just did it". Clearly not fixed but working for the time being (its since stopped working again) I just wanted this adventure for now to be over. He said ok that will be $100. The fee for the visit was to be $50 and there was an Angies list coupon clearly on this site for 20% off. I said absolutely not. He claimed he had built the 20% in because he knew I was calling from Angies list even though I had not mentioned it until now (so beware of that scam) We bickered for a few minutes and he agreed on $75 because he realized I was going to write a bad review. Do not hire these guys. Not worth your time or money.

I paid this guy $50 just to come out and tell me the compressor was shot and I should buy a new fridge. What a waste of time and money! He did respond very quickly, was on time, and professional. But it's some BS to come out to repair something and just say it should be replaced.

Mr. Taoufic was VERY professional in calling and giving us a 2 hours window time frame. He told us that he would be punctual and he was more than punctual even with all the traffic in the area. He is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I am very lucky to have found him. I will recommend him to anybody I know. We worked with many companies with rental properties and he is truly the best technician. Great job
