Avoid. The company's technician didn't pay attention to the problem and did not know how to identify it. His solution was a guess. Using the service request form provided by Angie's List, I provided a detailed description of the problem and a complete list of what has been replaced. The model he was being asked to service has built-in diagnostics routines, which are designed to identify failed circuits and failed parts. When he arrived, the first question he asked made it clear that he had not read the two paragraphs of details that I provided ahead of time. It also was clear that he knew nothing of the diagnostics. After 15 minutes, he recommended a part that I had already replaced. I reluctantly paid his fee but now I'm back at square one.

In our defence though we wanted to mention that we don’t usually service or provide inspection when refrigerator was unplugged for a long time because this will vanish all the symptoms that we need to have in order for us to nail down a verdict on what’s really wrong with it! Second thing is, we spoke with a tech and we believe he was polite and professional throughout the process since it’s actually one of our best technicians with years of customer service background! You also mentioned to the tech that not only fridge been unplugged, but you replaced 3 parts on your own and term “guessing” is a good term in these conditions because it’s all we can do at this point and our main mission is to help you with your needs and bring your appliance back to live as quick as we can giving most accurate diagnostic possible. We also tried to reach you to refund a service call fee collected from you since customer service is our priority and we always trying to find common grounds and understanding with each and single person we’re having business with! We believe we either had a bad service connection or you simply hanged up! Please, reach out to our office so we can refund you for the services you weren’t happy about! I’ve texted them and got a reply within minutes. Whole process went easy, we scheduled an appointment and the next day after inspection tech explained what happened with my washer and got back the next day with parts to fix it. Good stuff!

Alex was very professional. He called when he was on his way to let us know what his ETA was and was with in the window of time that we were provided. When Alex arrived he was wearing a mask and was prepared to put on shoe covers so as not to track in any dirt. When he looked at our dishwasher he explained what was causing the grinding noise and that the part and labor would cost almost as much as a new dishwasher and with the age of our dishwasher (21+ years) that a new one would most likely end of saving us money. Even though he was not going to do any repairs Alex still helped us siphon the water that had to drained out of the dishwasher when we had last tried to run and had the issue we had called on. I liked that he was honest about the fact that they could do the work but that a new dishwasher would be the most cost effect solution for us as the client. If we have any appliance issues in the future I will definitely contact Appliance Force to see if it is an appliance that they service. Thank you for the quick turn around.

It went just great! My pump went out, but these folks had part with them and repaired it on the spot!
