Great, he came quickly, was nice and respectful. He diagnosed the problem and charged a nominal fee for the visit as he informed us that the problem required appliance replacement.

The Appliance Guy was able to speak to what he thought the problem was during a phone conversation, before coming out. He came out, on time, the next day and did a follow up assessment, confirming the issue and fixing it. I surely appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. I will definitely hire again. Knowledgeable, professional, personable and fairly priced.

I called Rob this morning at 9:40 am and it's now 1 pm and the Washer is already fixed with the problem water valve replaced with a new valve. Very professional and wearing an N95 mask. Washer is repaired and he even vacuumed out a bunch of debris from the inside and gave me some suggestions about how to maintain the washer properly. Great service! Will use again.

Answered very quickly. By talking to me on the phone, able to identify problem so he could get the part and then come to replace it. Unfortunately, he did not have the part so it had to be ordered which necessitated a delay. He initially said he would be by noon but didn't call me until about 2 to let me know this. Very professional when he arrived, knew exactly what to do and did it very quickly.

Very pleased with promptness of service and professionalism. Repair person also came with gloves and mouth covering so I felt very secure with him doing repair work in my condo. Would strongly recommend for all aspects of appliance work, especially during this virus situation.

Took about 5 minutes to diagnose the failed component, then little time to fix and clean up. He cleaned the coils and air path under the frig, explaining maintenance needs that were not in the user manual.

I contacted Rob regarding an issue I was having with my washer. He responded immediately, and told me when he'd arrive. He adjusted my appointment without issue when I had something come up. He fixed my problem quickly at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

He worked on the freezer, unplugging it to defrost and returned hours later. He removed all the ice and ordered a part. He left with the freezer at least working and returned a few days later when the part he ordered came in!

Whatever controlled our dishwasher door snapped, and the door starting falling down with its full weight. Look out, shins! When we called Rob to explain the problem, he immediately knew what had gone wrong and ordered the parts (arrived yesterday). Rob came today, undid the bottom panel so he could access the problem, and asked if he could borrow my vacuum cleaner: he spent ten minutes getting any dust, etc. out from the deep recesses of the dishwasher cabinet. Above and beyond the call of duty! The door problem is fixed, and it's better than when we moved in 8 years ago. All this, and he's both punctual and pleasant. Thanks, Rob!

Texted him on a Friday. He responded on Saturday and came over an hour later. He had the possible part needed with him and fixed it right away. Have used him before. He knows his stuff. He also explains what’s wrong and tells you what he’s fixing.

A little hard to connect with. Small operation had to play a little phone tag. However, we did connect, and he kept his appointment. He was on time. He was able to come on a Saturday which was great! Service call price was half of other places. Overall price was very reasonable. Washer was fixed and has been working ever since.

Rob was great. He replied to my estimate request the same day, asked for model # to ensure he had the correct part, and was here the next morning, squeezing me in before he left town for vacation. He was in and out within 30 minutes. Kind, professional, and competitively priced. I’ve already passed along his contact info to a friend.
