We have the experience and dedication to get the job done right! Specializing in Residential and Commercial Appliance Repair services; Same Day Repairs We know life is busy and care about your time. We will do everything we can to get your appliance up and running the same day of service. If parts ordering is necessary to complete your appliance repair we order from the closest place possible to expedite call completion. Up Front Pricing We use a flat rate price guide to determine the repair cost and always let you know before repairs begin. If a repair is made there is no charge to come back out and look at the same appliance for 30 days. Parts and labor are covered for 90 days. We Work With Your Schedule Appliance failures can be a real inconvenience and they don’t always fail when you have time to deal with it. We have flexible scheduling to accommodate your busy day. We offer 3-hour windows for our arrival time and if requested we can give notice ahead to meet us as long as you can be there within 30 minutes. The individual who worked on my oven was professional and efficient. He returned my calls quickly, explained what needed to be done in clear and understandable language, and did the work in a professional manner and was clean and tidy. I really appreciated the communication back-and-forth as the process went on. I never felt like I didn’t know what was happening and when the work would be done. I highly recommend appliance medic!

Dan came out right as scheduled and fixed what he thought was the issue based on previous experience with that model. It was better but not completely fixed. I called to let them know and he came out very quickly again and did some more homework and replaced a different part at no charge. It still wasn’t working the way that it should so he did more research and got into some forum to see if other people had run across that issue that we were having and came out again to replace another part and then it worked great! Dan and the company were very quick to respond to my needs and did not charge me for the additional parts or time needed to make it right. Best service I have had from anywhere in many years and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know .
