The repairman, Mike, was professional and delivered results sooner than I had expected. He clearly explained what was wrong and dealt with the home owners insurance with no problems. I would hire him again.

Technician showed up and assessed my issue. It was deemed not as bad as I thought and a gasket replacement would probably fix the issue. The tech recommended that I give it a try to replace myself which I am willing and able to do. He said he would gladly do it if I needed help or for him to take over.

Mike was available on a Saturday, but was unable to make the appointment, but kept me informed in a timely manner. He did come out on Sunday afternoon, gave me a small discount for the inconvenience of waiting, and was very helpful in explaining what the problem was, and had the parts on hand to fix the same day. He was courteous, careful and personable, and would hire again.

Michael diagnosed the problem, returned with part the following day and completed the job. He fixed it and have had no problems since. He was personable and knowledgeable.

Fabulous! Mike reached out quickly with a call when I posted a request for service. He was willing to schedule quickly. He communicated clearly throughout the process (e.g., when he would be here, what needed to be done and why). His rates were very reasonable. The majority of what I paid to him was to purchase a new ice bin, which was at my request. The charge for his labor was under $100. Overall, Mike is a top-notch repairman and very personable. Highly recommend him!

Went great he analyzed and found a relay wire loose. I like it that he looked for and found a small issue before considering expensive issues. I found Mr. Brooks to be honest and concerned about the customer.

Mike came the same day I called, working me in to an already full schedule. We corresponded with text messages and images and he looked for a suspected defective part replacement before even coming for the service call, potentially saving an extra day of waiting and another service call if that had been the issue. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed it in about 5 minutes (ended up just being a detached line to the fill sensor). Mike knows what he's doing, was very prompt, communicated well, was pleasant, friendly, affordable, competent, and efficient. It's not easy to find this kind of service anymore and I'd definitely recommend him!

Called Michael on 5/28/19 to look at a repair. He was able to access and provide a resolution on 5/29. He ordered the part and resolved the issue on 5/30. I personally never meet Michael in person but my tenant's exact words via text "Mike was great". Michael also accepted electronic payment which made the financial transaction simple and quick via my smart phone.
