Rob was great from setting up the appointment, rescheduling when my TV did not arrive on time, and then arriving on time even setting text when on his way. The job involved mounting a 65" Samsung TV, connecting a sound bar and finally mounting a second older TV in a different room. He did not leave until everything worked correctly and cleaned up all the boxes and wrapping paper from the new items he installed. He also swept up any area he worked in leaving it pristine.
