I called and the tech was at my house 2 hrs later. Awesome. I decided to think about whether I want to do either repair since my refrigerator is 10 years old (I'll probably just dump it and get a new one). In either case, the $40 diagnostic fee will be applied to the cost of any repair work.

He was so quick and so efficient. I've used several other places over the years for our appliances and he is clearly the best. He's very neat and knows what he's doing. He came just within a couple of hours of me calling. I thought it was the doorstrap, he came and checked it to make sure, and then went and got the new doorstraps.
