"Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on our service. We appreciate your business and value you as a customer. We are so sorry that you had difficulty with scheduling. We are working diligently to work out the bugs in our scheduling system, including a new software program that we just implemented in December. While we are getting more proficient at it, there are still some glitches and for that we sincerely apologize. However, I am happy that our service itself was satisfactory to you. Should the need arise in the future, we hope that you will consider calling on us again. Thank you."

"Unfortunately we are required to return electrical parts to the distributor/manufacturer. We do not keep them for ourselves, nor do we repair or resell them. If we had the ability to repair them, we would not find it necessary to replace them but rather repair the existing boards. The distributors/manufacturers charge us what they call a "core" charge for any electrical component that we do not return the used part for."
"I will not respond with anything negative . Nothing wrong with customers fridge per me or samsung technical assistance. Advised customer of this . Freezer burn on food in freezer is from moisture . The food in question was not in proper freezer wrapping ."
