We initially had a mis que on the time of expected service. The owner called and apologized and offered a discount as a consolation. I recognized how the misunderstanding could have occurred and it could have been partially my fault. He was quick to offer a remedy with almost immediate service. Overall I was very satisfied. I would use them again. <br /> <br />

Called on a Saturday at 6:20 am he answered the phone I explained my LG dryer was taking too long to drive.  He walked me through a couple steps I could try on my own if that didn't fix it to call him back and he would come out.   Amazing customer service in this day and age.  If there was a higher rating I would give it to this merchant. <br />

Provider came out and assessed the issue. Found out that the issue was related to the cleaning tablets used. Had the tenants change the soap they were using. According to the tech, since the job was so easy to resolve, he said that he would not charge me the trip charge and essentially provided the service for free. Amazing! Can't thank them enough for their professionalism and fairness. Would highly recommend this provider in the future. <br />

Vince came to look at my oven, which was only heating to 200°. He was very nice and professional. He confirmed the oven was not operating properly and suspected either the board was bad or the temp sensor. He did not have the sensor, so made another appointment to return. Unfortunately, the problem was not corrected with the new sensor. Vince only charged me for the $75 service call. <br /> <hr /> While my experience was positive, I am now suspicious about this company. On Angie's List they go by "Appliance Repair For Less." Their web site says they have a A+ rating with the BBB. However, I could not find their business name on the BBB. Their invoice has the name A-1 Appliance Repair. <br /> <strong><br /> A-1 Appliance Repair has a F rating with the BBB</strong>. <br /> This strikes me as suspicious and dishonest. I would never contract with a company that has such a low BBB rating. <br />

Eddie came to our home to inspect a dishwasher and a wine cooler as both had stopped functioning. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to fix the dishwasher with a minor adjustment when I was ready to replace the entire unit. He then assessed the problem with the wine cooler and gave me an estimate, ordered the part and said he, or one of his service techs would return the following day to make the repair. Although I offered, he took no payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The next day as promised I received a call from the service tech, who was also courteous and knowledgable, telling me he was on his way and wanted to confirm our address. The repair was made and I was given the bill which included which I gladly paid. The entire experience was very professional, a rare find, and I highly recommend this company and the service they provide. <br />
