Solid pro! Needed a dishwasher pump replaced, and the problem was diagnosed, and repaired at a very reasonable cost as soon as the part was located. Great communication and easy payment!

Aladin was very knowledgeable and professional. The job was done quickly. The new igniter failed, which he explained sometimes happens, however, he returned and replaced it quickly. Have not had any problems since then (4 mos ago).

I could not be happier with the entire experience with Appliance Repair Genie and especially Al, the service repair person I worked with directly. They were very timely in response, especially since it was 2 days before a household of people were arriving for the holidays with plenty of laundry! Al stayed in excellent communication, diagnosed the problem accurately and extremely quickly, went out of his way to get parts from a place rather than wait extra days for delivery from elsewhere. He even offered to work on the holiday weekend so we'd have the dryer working sooner, an offer we greatly appreciated but declined. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I would call Al and Appliance Repair Genie again in a heartbeat.

Al showed up on time, after terrific communication with Kelly at his office. He was able to accurately diagnose the problem, order the correct part, give me a follow-up day, and he actually came out on a holiday (New Year’s Day) to perform the repair! The job was done quickly and well for the price quoted. They’ll be my first call from now on!

They responded quickly to my request for a quote, and scheduling was easy. We needed to order a part, which they did, as well as locating the manual for us since we are not the original purchasers of the range hood. Their repair rate was very reasonable. Overall it was a successful experience.

Above and beyond my expectations! Al installed the new igniter. Then he dismantled the oven door so I could clean each layer. He reapplied the protective sheeting. Lastly, Al leveled the oven! A simple igniter turned out to be a complete overhaul! Great work, great service!

Great fast service. The technician was on time, professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. That was on a Friday and I got a text Monday morning that the part came in and by 10:30am Monday the job was done! I will hire again

The parts were ordered. Once the parts arrived Al returned as promised and fixed my dryer. Al was so kind, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.
