Ivan was incredible, very thorough, and knowedgeable. Our oven quit working, even though the appliance was not that old. Ivan kept coming back until it was fixed. It was a huge effort on his part, and we are so very grateful. Great, great, great job.

Young man came out, looked at it. It took him about 20 minutes to fix the whole shelving system and he charge me the base of $69 for service call incredibly polite and fast.

I went around and around with Samsung for two weeks about the faulty ice makers on my fridge, which quit working six months after the warranty expired. I decided their demand for $200 up front for a service call with no guarantee for a repair was the last straw. I reached out to Optimal. They responded immediately, followed up repeatedly, and stayed in touch after the initial service call. Explained everything. I'm currently working to get him scheduled to close out the service on the fridge. Kyrylo was great! He's the kinda guy you want working on your stuff.
