I have worked with Appliance Quality Repair over the last 5 years on various appliance repair projects, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwasher, electric range, and washing machine. Their service has been very responsive and reliable with reasonable charge. I would highly recommend Appliance Quality Repair for diagnosis and troubleshooting of any appliance issues. Dmitry from Alliance Repair Quality is honest and does great work. He once repaired our dryer, and when it later made noise again, he inspected it and said no repair was needed. The noise soon disappeared, and the dryer’s been fine since—he could’ve charged me, but chose honesty instead.

BEWARE- They may be using recycled parts, they only offer a 90 day warranty which is not part of my complaint. The primary issue is that Dmitry will not provide where the part was purchased after I paid them and the supposed OEM part went out soon afterwards. Receipt says OEM but no proof was provided when I requested the phone number of the distributor to request a replacement myself. Dmitry reply is in the copy of text message - but Angi’s list may not allow me to attach
