Sergei, the technician, was excellent. He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. In addition, he was friendly, cordial, and professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. In the end he only charged me a service charge. I feel lucky to have found this company and would rehire them again any time.

Very satisfied. Technician showed up at scheduled time. Diagnosed the problem being one of two possibilities. The cheapest one panned out and I was only charged the trip fee. He easily could have played it to be the second possibility which would have been a repair cost of $560. His honesty is rare. I am the Building Maintenance Manager for a company and I will keep this company's number on hand.

Our Samsung dryer stopped , but still under warrantee. Contacted Fix It Know. Excellent response and service. Very nice and prompt service repairman. I highly recmmend ths company for appliance repair. Great job!,
