Appliance Repair Solution of Atlanta, LLC

Good job fixing my refrigerator.

Very quick. Came within hours and fixed the same day. However, the technician pushed back when I tried to ask questions and or get additional price quotes. He also quoted me a price initially, then when I said I wanted to get additional quotes, he came down on his price. He told me what was wrong with my refrigerator before even doing any tests on it. I had to ask him to actually check my appliance before I would pay for him to fix it. He also made a comment about me using ChatGPT to ask him questions. Overall, I assume this is a typical experience with companies like this. It all worked out in the end, but the situation could have been more professional.

Alex installed the microwave. However he punched holes in my wall to look for studs then he pulled out the stud finder. Yes, the microwave covers the wall but that was not a professional installation.

Quick and responsive.

Very very good experience. They reached out immediately and within 3 days, we had ice! Very nice folks, clean, efficient and fun to work with.

Alex was great! Arrived early , Very knowledgeable, friendly and fixed my fridge in 30 minutes!

Quick communication, followed his arrival process like he explained. Efficient service at our house. In and out without much disruption to the day.

Ben was absolutely courteous and polite. He immediately diagnosed the problem and promptly resolved it.

great and excellent service

Punctual, professional, and very helpful

The return call and scheduling of the appointment was quick and convenient. However the level of cleaning was just ok; debris still remain after cleaning cycles

Did a quick and good job!

They did a good job

Well done

Great communication and was able to repair the washer

Job done well

Andrew showed up on time and did a good job.

Unfortunately my fridge couldn’t be repaired, it had an internal leak. The technician did all he could.

Called us very quickly and sent someone out within the hour. Very efficient and responsive

Good service

Once he realized the part wouldn’t work the machine was supposed to be put back as it was. He came out 2 days later because I was worried about the leaking. He tightened the hoses and was gone soon after. He put it on again to test that it worked and left before he could see the 4C on the screen of the machine which I now know means that the machine can not fill it properly so more leaked out the back into the wall, and floor causing the wood of the floor to bow and the tile floor to crumble and the paint of the wall to fall apart.

Company was very responsive and resolved my issue in a timely manner.

They said the dishwasher heater needs to be changed and they did replace it with a new one but I end up with water leak and still the dishes are not clean or dry.

Unbelievable Quick response time. Came that day.

Alex asked me to wait 24 hours to allow icemaker to produce ice. I waited all day on 6/13/‘24, no ice. I called him and he said he was too busy to come back on 6/13/‘4, but would return on 6/14/‘24 at 8:00am. He did not show, . I attempted to call him multiple times, and text he did not respond. I then called to submit complaint
