They has been hired them to fix the lock of his washing machine, he made an estimate and said it was the motherboard so he ordered the part and changed it but the lock still was not working.

Terrible!!! I paid for the part for him to repair my dishwasher. Never got the part nor the money back! He scheduled me for March 20 to repair the dishwasher. Couldn't come that day (took awhile for him to respond to me). Asked to reschedule..I said NO Either bring me the part or return my money. He said he'd put a check in the mail. Here it is a month later and I have neither! I'm a business person. this is NOT how you do business! I got ripped off

They came on time to us the price and went to get the part came back same day and was quick to finish. Somehow they ended up getting left in my apartment by themselves but they made sure my apartment worked up and safe. Awesome guys.

The repairman Jason was friendly, fast to arrive and knew all about the problem and had an honest fix, the charge to come out was the best in town not to mention I had a few questions he not only took the time to answer but to come back out to assist was above and beyond. I saved the company phone number an will only use them in the future!

We contacted the company and within 30 minutes Jason came . He suggested we change the fan and once changed, our refrigerator is working perfect. Very knowledgeable & professional! Highly recommend.

Oven worked properly and hit temperature when checking. Sadly, microwave on top of unit stopped working. I called Jason three times to inquire if he could fix it and still waiting for him to call me back. (Spoke to him on second call and he said he would get back with me.) Will go in another direction yet extremely disappointed there was a lack of followup and courtesy to recognize my call and need for help. I wish him well and would not have him or his squad back in my house for a repair.

Repair person examined the error code and performed the repair that day, but the machine was not fixed. He ordered another part and said he would finish the repair. He never returned. He was quite unresponsive, took days to respond to messages, then said he had the part and would come the next day and never did. This whole process took 2 weeks. I am finally going elsewhere. The total cost was $260.37 and the machine still does not work.

It is long story. I contacted them back in July 2019 and scheduled my appointment in August first week. Their tech diagnosed the problem and told us that he needed a part and we paid in advance . From them on wards it has not gone down as expected. We did not get any update from the tech. We called them and tech came and made the changes but stove was still not working. From then we did not get anything done. And it is October now. Stove is still broken. I did get couple of responses early about yes they will schedule tech but nothing happened. My last message was on October 10 and they have not even responded to that message. I am not sure what has happened here.

Our Samsung front-load washer stopped draining water from the laundry loads and wouldn't finish the cycle (error "nd"). We checked the drain pipe to see if it was clogged (it wasn't) and cleaned out the filter, but the problem remained. After reading the good reviews here, we called Appliance Repair Squad. Jason answered the phone, and we set up a time for him to come out that same day. He and his helper arrived on time, and they had the part with them to do the repair (drain motor). They finished quickly, and the washer is working fine now. Overall, we were very pleased and would hire them again.

Appliance Repair Squad was contacted due to Samsung electric dryer not heating. Jason clearly explained the necessary repairs and parts to be replaced. Repair was very reasonable priced. Jason had the necessary parts to make repair with him. Repair was made the same morning as I called for service. Dryer has been working better than ever. Excellent customer service and fast repair. Jason you have a lifelong customer.

Excellent! Refrigerator was not cooling properly. Called and Jason was on the job three hours later. Quickly determined the problem and fixed it. I have never had better service.
