Appliance repair team

They were lifesavers. A lot of companies I called wouldn't even look at the fridge because it was a sealed system problem. They correctly diagnosed the problem in less than an hour -- a bent six inch piece of copper tubing that kept the system from circulating properly -- and were able to fix it on the spot. Seemed very thorough in both diagnostics and verification of the problem. Cost me $380 (reimbursed) which was less than half the cost of the attempted repair made by the first company. Only thing that keeps them from an A rating is the contractors didn't speak English well enough to communicate clearly with me. The guy was literally using Google translate on his phone and to tell me how much the repair would cost, he typed 380 into calculator and showed me the number.

It went well. On time, courteous, and effective.

Not well. It was a little language barrier and he must’ve thought I was stupid because we disconnected the water line and he made it sound like because the water line was disconnected of course the ice maker did not work. He said I need a plumber. I hired a plumber to put in a new line but my ice maker still does not work!!

Didn’t work first time after installing a new part. He came back out and made necessary adjustments to get it working. He was always very courteous and professional. It is an older refrigerator so we are grateful it could be repaired.

they completely took it apart, cleaned it, ordered a new part, when the machine is no longer being manufactured, so parts are hard to get, and brought it back just as good as new.
