Kim was a true professional. He replaced several parts, one at a time, until the job was finished. He is professional and interested in doing a great job. Totally thankful for his diligence and work ethic. Heartily endorse!

The repair went well. Response was quick. And job was done well. However, I thought price was much too high for work performed. Over $200 for total time spent here abou 2hours for both visits. Also price for part was not itemized on Bill.

Kim and his son arrived within 24 hours of my call and defrosted my refrigerator. It had frozen over. They spent 2 hours at my house and charged be a reasonable amount of $$. They were professional and pleasant. I would hire them again.

He was knowledgeable and easy going. He calibrated the stove to get the temperature right. Since it was no big deal he only charged me $62.50. I had called someone else previously who wanted $150.00 to do the same!

When the gentleman didn't have a replacement chute, he figured out how to make the one we have start working again. He was very nice and if it stops working again, I would call him back in. My only recommendation to him would be to call the client if he is going to be running late. I called him after an hour's wait, and he told me he was still coming. He did eventually come, but the delay should have been relayed to me without my having to track him down.

Excellent. Kim, the company's owner himself, came out to do the repair. The work was extremely professional and he diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back to install it in record time. I highly recommend Appliance Science.

First visit to was basically assess issues,items couldn't be fixed without the parts which had to be ordered and they came in within a week. Kim got the freezer /refrigerator functioning until total repair could be accomplished. Highly recommend this company.

This was the first time I used Angie's list. Because I the professionalism and proficiency of Kim and his son, I decided to use Angie's list for my other needs. They called back immediately...what a shock to have anyone call back on the same day. The appointment was easy to make and they came at my convenience...no four hour window stuff. I found them to be knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They left my house cleaner than when they walked in. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair.
