We were very worried after a fire started in our oven, thinking it was a defect, but David found that grease had built up near the heating element, took it apart to show us the issue, and guided us through cleaning it properly. He also gave great advice on preventing it in the future, showed us how to use the self-clean feature, and even shared maintenance tips for our other GE appliances, including locating the refrigerator water filter. The service David provided was professional, thorough, and truly above wonderful.

I explained to him what kind of fridge I had and what it was doing. When he arrived at my house he came prepared with the part just in case. Im glad he did because it needed it. Would defenetly use him again

Dave has helped us many times to repair appliances - Refrigerator, Washer for us and our daughter. Most repairmen are parts replacers -diagnose and locate the bad part and replace it. That is fine in most instances. However, not many have the knowledge or experience to actually repair a part that has gone bad. It makes sense to do that in some instances. Dave has done that for us when needed. He "grew up" among appliances and so has the knowledge to actually fix things when warranted. I can not recommend him highly enough. I am not one to give compliments easily but in his case, it is well earned.

Our dishwasher is better was broken and he needed to put a new one on and everything was good. He did a really good job.!!!!

We needed to replace our refrigerator ice maker, and they completed the job promptly with excellent communication throughout. They also rerouted the water supply line to a new location, which significantly improved the water flow to the refrigerator’s drinking water dispenser. I would definitely hire them again .

David did an excellent job! I filled out my request on Saturday and he responded within minutes. Set up a service visit for Monday and came on time and was very efficient. I told him via text what the problem was and he already knew what to look for when he arrived. Replaced heating element in my oven and oven is now working perfectly! Thanks again David!

David came to my house, talked through the cost and my options. I decided to not repair but instead purchased new due to the age of my washer. David then gave me advice on what to look for in a new product and advised me on my refrigerator as well. David was great, and I will definitely call him again when I need any appliance repair.

I was referred by a friend for any appliance repair, I had a microwave crash out so I contacted Appliance Service. Tech came out and made the repair without delay. Personable and professional, it was exactly what I needed.

The service man named David arrived the same day I communicated with him on the phone. We were having trouble with our freezer and he fixed it in a couple of minutes.
