We contacted Appliance Techno on 02-27-18 and they came on 03-02-18 to assess/fix our dryer. They said they had to order a part and asked that we pay in full. We did, which we regret. It is now 03-24-18 and they have still not returned to fix our dryer! I have called and left voicemails (no response), texted, and they have said they were coming at least six times. Never showed up.

Horrible service ...the technician show up give me an estimate and I agree to give him a deposit for the order to be started ,didn't hear nothing back from the tech for two and a half weeks and when I was calling the phone was disconnected Finally I got in touch with the technician and he never showed up to two appointments that we had.On the 3rd appointment he show up almost 3 hours late and finally the service was performed . I had a coupon from Angie's List for $10 off every 100 and I should have $30 off from the service at the technician gave me only 20. Would not recommend.

Well after a bill for 590.90 even after the so call discount through Angie's list my first load of laundry and my washer is leaking and the dryer is giving the same error code they obviously did not check anything

He admitted when he took the unit that he wasn't sure what was wrong with it and wanted a $200 deposit which I paid and said that he would refund if he could not fix the unit. Three weeks later after several broken promises to come to reinstall and finish, he returned with the unit and told me that it was "overcharged with coolant" and that he bled out the refrigerant and recharged it appropriately. The next day it was leaking as much as before he took the unit. I called and emailed and he promised to come over twice and both time s he didn't show. Eventually he admitted by Angies List messaging that he couldn't fix it and he would send me a refund check less a $49.95 service fee. NO surprise that check never came even after I reached out to him several times. As an addendum, I took the unit to another service technician who had successfully had repaired it in the past. He informed me that when he charged the unit last time he worked on it he used a UV dye which acts to indicate if there is any leakage. He told me that there was no dye visible inside the unit when he used his light on it to see if there was any leakage. His words: nobody had bled out the refrigerant and recharged it as I was told and basically they did absolutely nothing to my unit for which I paid $200. This company is a total rip off and dishonest. They don't keep their word and I would never let them in my house again.

The refrigerators are working very well. They had to order parts for the dishwasher and have not returned to repair it. Payment has already been made. Total cost: $677.25

Started great - the cam within an hour, but then the part they had put in failed within a few days. They supposedly ordered a new one and promised to install it on Tuesday but they never showed up and my tenant was without a refrigerator. They would no longer answer my calls or return my messages. I ended up having to buy another refrigerator. THEY ARE DISHONEST.

It did not go well. I paid $200 to Appliance Techno on the day they removed the unit as a "deposit" on the service since they weren't sure what it would take to repair the unit. Though we had several conversations via cell, you can follow the messages sent back and forth on your website.The provider make several appointments to return the unit which he eventually did, but there was several times he needed to reschedule. In the end when he was informed that the unit was no better than before he picked it up, he promised to come look at it two days in a row, both days which he did not show up. Eventually, he admitted(through messaging) he was unable to repair the unit and promised a refund. That was over a week ago and though I reached to to him to inquire about the refund check, he has not responded. So I am requesting Angie's List to step in and compensate me. This provider was listed as an "Angie's List Certified" provider. At this point, I am not sure what that even designates as this is one of the least responsive and responsible providers I have encountered through your website.

Vendor was over two hours late with a lousy excuse for his tardiness. Vendor could not repair refrigerator and asked for money to order a part. $240 was paid. Vendor did not follow up about part so another vendor as contacted for the repair. The other vendor only charged $80 for the same part he had and immediately installed, repairing the refrigerator. Appliance Techno was contacted for a refund and a refund was promised. No refund has been received after 6 weeks.

This company is terrible. They were quick to respond to an online request for service. What drew me to them was the fact they offered "free estimates". The technician came out the next day, 2 hours late, gave an estimate and wanted a deposit to order the part. On the invoice it listed the cost of the visit ("diagnostic") and the price of the part. I asked about the free estimate and he told me that whatever money I gave him that day would come off the total, thus making it free. So, I gave him the amount he asked for, he explained if we chose to cancel before the part came in that only a portion (the part) would be able to be refunded and not the visit. My understanding - their estimates are not free. It took well over a week of not hearing from them, leaving a message, dealing with full mailbox, and finally getting ahold of them to schedule for someone to come out to do the work. The arrival time passed, I called to find out where they were, he was delayed.. so they gave me another time.. for which he was also late. By the time he'd shown up it was 5 hours past the time I'd originally been told. Of course when he finished, he wanted more money for "labor". I know that the refrigerator was working when he left, but 2-3 hours later when I checked on it, it was no longer working. I called again this morning to see about someone coming back and was told "i'll try to get someone there today". I'm finished dealing with this company. They're not honest, their work isn't reputable, they're not worth anyone's time or money. I've lost more than the cost of repairs (that didn't work,, remember) because I lost wages as well in all of the wait time.

After 4 trips, numerous phone calls, and being unresponsive, they were not able to fix the washer. They then told me they wanted to send another technician out and I declined, due to their overall unresponsiveness. They also took parts of the machine with them and it took me 2 and a half weeks to get them back. I had to threaten to sue them to even get a partial refund and now I have to hire another company to fix the washing machine. I have never dealt with anyone this terrible. My wife has also been very unhappy with having to run back and forth to the laundromat.

"His Washer Was too old almost mess. Our Technician told him 2,3 different things looks bad on it need to try one by one it may take couple trips and some long time because parts for that model were not available at local store. But there is no guarantee just chance due to too old model. By mistake his part shipped at wrong address then recovered back and shipped him."
