They called me within 2 hrs of me leaving the website. They came out on a Saturday at no extra charge. They gave me a 1 hr service window so I did not have to sit and wait for hours. They called when they were on their way. The person was well mannered and knew what he was doing. I will be using them again in the future and have already told coworkers.

I was contacted by this company just fifteen minutes after my initial contact with Service Magic on a Sunday! The job consisted of a new boiler installation and the work was top-notch at a fair price. Their representative was punctual and the job was completed within the time frame promised.
