Bruce and his crew were always on time and flawlessly performed the work as proposed. They were courteous and left the premises spotless. I am a repeat customer, and would not hesitate to call him again.

A+ Pro-Tech did an excellent job for a very fair price. Bruce and his crew were all very professional and highly skilled. They all clearly take pride in doing the job well, and it shows in the results. It's hard to believe there was ever any damage (although there certainly was) because the area looks so great after they finished. I would definitely call them again in the future.

Contacted Bruce Marshall (owner) and informed him of leak and damage to linen closet and surrounding areas. He came over the same day to inspect and provide a work estimate. His crew arrived the next day to "dry out" all infected areas as well as remove all water damaged dry wall as well as attic insulation that had been ruined because of water. All work took about a week and was professionally done and looked as good as the original. We were pleased with the work. Would recommend !!

We were selling our house and the buyer's house inspection revealed evidence of a hidden water leak within a wall. Bruce and his team at A+ Pro-Tech were very responsive. After opening the wall, they discovered that there had been a leak from the upstairs toilet and mold had developed within the wall. The A+ Pro-Tech team was able to fix the leak, re-mediate the mold problem and repair the ceiling and wall damage in time to avoid any delays to the sale of the house. I highly recommend A+ Pro-Tech and would hire them again.

Bruce was extremely professional and personable. He could immediately tell there was no mold, yet he thoroughly used all his testing equipment in and around the area, in a wide radius, searching for moisture. He went the extra step by asking questions that could indicate another source of the odor unrelated to mold. Hands down the only person I would use when dealing with a mold issue.

The job revealed to be bigger than suspected, however Bruce had warned of all possibilities prior to starting. We felt prepared and educated throughout the process. Work included tear down of a large tiled area, clean-up/remediation of mold infested area and rebuilding of entire area. Result was a better built shower area than had existed. Total work days were about 6.

After utilizes the Angies list app that sends your work order to different companies, Bruce from A+ Pro Tech contacted me and said he could give me a quote the next day. He was very punctual, gave me a quote and even gave me a military discount on top of working very hard to work with my budget.

Bruce and his team of workers were courtesy, professional, and a pleasure to have work in my house. A+ Pro -Tech LLC explained each step in removing the mold and restoring the kitchen.

They were excellent and very professional. We expected to pay more for their services but the price was actually very reasonable. They were wonderful and the owner was very nice. He came over to start the work and saw it through to the end. They were very careful about keeping the place clean. They made sure the area they worked in was well protected and covered. I would recommend them to anyone if they asked me!

I had a bad toilet leak in my bathroom which caused significant mold and water damage in a number of walls. Bruce came in with the best price for the work and started work on the mold removal within 1 day. His team did the mold removal work and complete bathroom restoration including flooring, door frames, and walls. Now my bathroom looks brand new!  <br /> Bruce was very honest about cost - in this type of work you never know how much damage you really have till you open up the walls. Bruce's price never changed from the original bid. The work was done in a professional and timely manner and he is very easy to work with.

Excellent.  From the first moment I met Bruce (where he did a free estimate and was extremely professional and detailed) to the completion of the job, it was very easy to do business with this company.  Both Bruce and his office manager, Trillian, are highly responsive to phone calls or texts.  The work was done flawlessly and as promised (ceiling was resurfaced and painted, as though he wasn't even there).  I'd like to see Bruce or Trillian call or text each day with an update on the progress of the work, rather than me having to call them, but that's a small piece of feedback in the larger scheme of things.  Overall, this is a first-rate service provider. <br />

They were just positively great. They did a terrific job. I got a number of different bids for this and they were just incredibly reasonable compared to all the others that I checked. These guys were absolutely great. They were personable, professional, did everything when they said they would. They did a really good job on the inside and made it look really nice on the outside. I was just extremely happy with them.

From the moment I contacted Bruce until the job was completed I was kept apprised of the progress every step of the way. Their appraisal came in under that of the others (including that of my property manager’s recommendation) and the work exemplary.

Mold remediation is a stressful issue for any homeowner, not only because of the potential health hazards but also because of the potential legal/financial entanglements with lawyers and insurance companies.  In our case, we bought the house "as is", thus it was completely on us as new homeowners to get the affected areas of the house repaired before moving in.  A+ Pro-Tech is up to the task of working with worried folks, like us, to completely eradicate mold in a timely, efficient and reliable manner, which they did, so that we could proceed with the home renovations we really wanted to do.  And we are very happy with their work!
