His work is quality work, and the warranty is almost passed but he still came out to provide the service. Very professional very on time and they keep me for the project. Dd the job in a timely manner I was very happy with them.

I contacted AP Roofing to get an estimate and Sean in the office scheduled the estimate with Asher Paz. Asher arrived at the time and day that was scheduled and as promised, the estimate was free and Asher emailed the estimate to me on the same day. I signed the contract on a Tuesday and Asher scheduled the work to begin on the following Monday. He told me that the workers would arrive at 7 am, and sure enough they did. He also got the permit on that Monday and scheduled the inspections. I was happily surprised that the permitting went so smoothly, because another vendor told me that it would take a few weeks for the permitting process. This might be because the other vendor had a General Contractor's license, but AP Roofing has an actual Roofing license. The work took 3 1/2 days and permit passed the final inspection without any issues. The workers cleaned up the area at the end of each day. Both Asher and the Project Manager, David, were very easy to work with and they answered all my questions and were very patient.

During the first rain of the year, our roof sprung several leaks in the same general area. Given that the roof was 37 years old, there was the probability of more leaks as time went on. We decided to replace the entire roof, not the barrel tiles which were in good shape, just the underlayment. Through Angie's list we selected and checked out four companies. Three of the subsequent bids were in a relatively tight band. The fourth was too low and discarded. AP Roofing was the lowest of the three. For us the lowest price was not necessarily the best. AP Roofing, in the person of David, really impressed us. Specifically he pointed out areas of run off improvement and presented us with a contract the terms of which were superior to the others in many respects. On that basis we accepted his bid. Work started on time, daily cleanup was excellent and the work progressed as promised. The only exception being a day's delay due to high wind conditions. Work was completed on time. \We are very satisfied with David and AP Roofing in their professional manner, workmanship, adherence to time schedules and their overall responsiveness to our concerns. We definitely recommend them.

David from AP gave me the estimate and also supervised the entire job. He was a pleasure to work with - explaining everything that was done and answering all our questions. He managed to get the job started just a week after I agreed to go ahead. The crew started promptly at 7 AM each day and were obviously experienced and very hard working. Another good thing was that AP had a special which included 80 feet of seamless aluminum gutters. We took advantage of that to replace our old gutters and because they looked so good, added some additional feet. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and the completed job exceeded my expectations in every way.

This is my way to pass my appriciation and thankful to Asher and his people at AP Roofing group for the new roof installation at my house recently. Asher did this process so easy and fast that within few days, the new roof was complete while the old one was removed, and all the working space was clean and safe. Exceptional in replying to my request for estimates and working with me. I had two large properties that needed to get a brand-new roof and Asher gave me the best price for them. From all the companies that I contacted… only 3 companies were able to give me an estimate. The 2 new roofs were all finished on time as Asher promised me. There were no problems with city inspectors as Asher have a city license to issue permits. Now that I have a new roof… I am very happy that it comes with 30+ years of free problems. The people worked every day on both properties and they keep the area clean and they picked up all the nails around the properties.

Asher and exceptional team are the best, super professional, and did the perfect roofing job at my house. They were on time each day, made sure to clean up the roofing debris every single day during the work, took excellent care in the inside and outside repairs, and asked the right questions while they were working to make sure I was fully happy. Asher is very good at presenting the correct options and help. Asher is licensed AND city certified, and he have all the required insurance and licenses and they use California license. They installed our new flat roof. It was very easy to work with them. I highly recommend Asher and his team for any kind of roof installation or repairs.

I had a recurring leak in my roof and Asher at AP Roofing Group gave a great quote and he was able to squeeze the roofing job in during the rainy season. The roofers did an amazing work and cleaned up after themselves each day. There was a disagreement about what the job scope was, I distinctly recall saying I didn’t want some gutter work that Asher had provided an estimate on and the very nice person at AP Roofing distinctly remembered otherwise. I offered to pay 1/2 since they done the work even though I was very sure that I had said to not do it, I don’t want to rip off hard working honest people, but they said to leave it since I thought to have another company to do the gutters. That proves to me that Asher at AP roofing is honest and trustworthy and he didn’t try to make me spend additional money. To me personally… this is the most valuable thing of any company. So, I do recommend Asher and AP Roofing to anyone who need either new roof or gutter work.

We had an excellent experience with AP roofing group mainly with Asher Paz. Asher and his team of professionals were able to fix all the issues and problems that we had with our existing roof and that without even charging us a nonsense price. Asher was very reasonable with his repair price and he did a very professional repair work. More than that, he even came back to our house few days after the complete installation of our new solar system and all of that just to make sure that none of the roofing tiles got damaged. Asher went above and beyond above his responsibility regarding to the roof. The work was done and completed fast and professionally!

I would like to just keep it clear and simple. Me and my wife are more than %100 pleased and satisfied with AP Roofing Group. They are professional, honest, hardworking people and very easy to do business with. Our neighbors commented to us about what a great roofing job they did and how clean working site they left at the end of each day. The installation of the new roof (including the removal of the existing one with the permits) was fast and we can’t be more pleased and happier with the final results of our new roof. If we had more houses that had issues with roof or needed a new one, AP roofing group was the only company we will call.

Asher and David were fantastic to work with. We needed the job done quickly and they came through. They were very responsive with all communication and they kept us informed throughout the job. You can tell they take pride in their work and it definitely shows in the end product. The roof looks great and when they were done they left our yard immaculate. There was a small stain left in our driveway when they removed the dumpster and David personally came back two different days to clean it. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or repair.

Fast and professional work. Very happy with the job. I was so happy with Leo's work (the general contractor) that I have since had other jobs done by him. Stucco repair and house painted (completed) and kitchen remodel (in progress). He always keeps me updated and hires the best workers. Will continue to work with him.

I picked three top tier roofers from Angie's list to interview. All seemed excellent and all came in about the same price. One did want to sell me on replacing the entire roof though.. which for me was not the way to pitch or to go. Of the three, Asher (his own company) came across as the smartest in terms of "reading the roof", understanding the likely issues, best approach and proposing a focussed solution to a gully area that was leaking when it rained. I was also changing out the A/C condensers on the roof that required coordination with a separate A/C company which was no problem. Everything was precise and straightforward. His team was excellent and the job was done simply and efficiently and with obvious competence and expertise. No rushing. Continuous flow. He was there much of the day. The final result looked great. There were some surprises but nothing that could not be handled. More tiles needed to be replaced that cost a little more but this was not a problem. Overall most tiles were saved. I read all the other reviews here and they all reflect the same experience I had. One recent rambling negative review seems disjointed and weird and describes nothing remotely similar to what I experienced from start to finish with Asher and this job. If I had known it would be this easy, finding the right guy to do it, I would have had this job done a long time ago! I am writing this review on the day of the job lest I forget to write it. I can highly recommend Asher and AP.
