APR Roofing

This was an emergency job on a weekend. The workers arrived on schedule and did a great job. The crew chief communicated well before and after the job. David also followed up and explained what they did and pointed out issues with our roof that need attention. The workers even came back to do some clean up of ice left on our gangway. A very professional organization.

It went great. Dave from APR was great to work with and his estimate was one of the best we got. We got around 4-5 other estimates, and Dave did everything he promised and for a great price. We were so happy with how quickly his team worked, too. They nearly got the job in half a day.

APR did a great job. i'm one that often posts negative reviews so thought when, as in this case, a good job was done, I should say so! David was prompt in visiting and quoting and very detailed about the work to be done. a large section of old flat roof was repaired several months and EVEN AFTER RECECENT HEAVY rains, NO LEAKS! I've had the same areas repaired several times by "cheap" part time roofers and wasted my money. didn't pay a lot and got nothing for it other than more leaks. APR knows what they're doing and has the right equipment to repair a DIFFICULT OLD roof + flashing, etc. Their workers were very detailed and professional + cooperative about some little stuff I pointed out while they were working that were also patched. Highly recommended

David was friendly, patient and professional. He was at the work site ensuring things went right. He listened to what was needed and made suggestions to achieve expected results without hugely impacting total cost. His crew was quick to the point and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend APR to a friend.

I chose APR from Angie's List. Do not use this roofer. Dave came out and evaluated the roof,. I told him I had another estimate and told him the issues it addressed. Caulking, replacement of shingles, replacing flashing, repairing nail pops and possible replacement of roof vent. Dave agreed to do the same (though now he denies it) and could perform the work sooner, as the other roofer was not immediately available and there was a lot of rain in the forecast. I told Dave I was not available the next day. He came out the next day and did the repairs, most likely so I would not know how little work was done and how little time was spent. I had a new leak in my master bdrm ceiling. He said he would come out to repair...didn't see him for 2 weeks until i called a second time. The leak continued and my ceiling was starting to bubble. I called and said the leak was coming from the roof vent - I could see it in the attic. He said he would come out and I never saw him again. I have had 3 additional estimates for the roof, with dates, by well reviewed roofers. They said only a $6 tube of caulk was used and did not address any of the issues listed above, including the obvious need for a new roof vent i have a photo of the defective vent). I called Dave and shared these assessments and the fact that he ripped me off of at least $700. He denied what I said, of course, and appeared to be laughing while he spoke. I am sure he will respond with some trumped up excuses. The remedy I would request is the return of the $700 that he essentially stole from me. Plus now I need the roof vent replaced as well as the repair of my ceiling. DO NOT USE!

Work was done very professional and completed and ahead of schedule. The clean up was great. This company is the best. I WOULD strongly suggest that if you need any roofing work done, give these guys a call. They are the Best. C. Webb

We had a residential rear flatroof leaking into our bedroom through three attempts at repairs by other providers. Internet searches led me to contact APR Roofers and its Dave Miller, who got someone (Jose) to look at the roof within a few days, even during a week this October of storms that had everyone looking for help. Jose found what he believed was the problem (a subtle one, involving a barrier under the adjoining pitched shingled roof), got back to it promptly before the next rain, patched anything else that looked questionable, and now after some 45 hours of steady rain, no leak! Assuming it's fixed, even for wind-driven rain, we're delighted with APR. Communication was great, Jose is a skilled, personable worker, and Dave even called to ask if the leak was fixed, though with this type of repair (rather than new roof) there's no guarantee. Price seemed fair enough for the nature of the problem, skills, bonded workmen, materials, and need to have it done quickly.

No sign of leaks after work completed.

APR was really easy to work with. Dave came to the site, gave me a bid, wrote up a contract, finished the work when he said and everything passed inspection. Everything was good! I would recommend them and use them, again.

everything went fairly well, the job was done quickly as 10-15 workers showed up to work on it. they cleaned up after and left the sites landscaping undisturbed.

It went well. I signed the contract and he started working the next day. He kept me in the loop when it came to going to the village and getting permits as well as when he was at the store picking out the color of the shingles. He started the job in the morning and finished it in the afternoon. I was very pleased with the professionalism that was maintained throughout the entire time.

I'm a general contractor and I have used APR for my last 5 roofs. They are always courteous, friendly, and reasonably priced. The workers do an excellent job and make sure all debris is cleaned up after they finish.

David was the most responsive and well informed contractor I spoke to regarding a new flat roof.  Gave me a great price and the work was done very well according to my insurance inspector !   Would definately recommend.  Had contacted several other top Angie listers and chose APR over them - Happy we did!

It went good. He had to take off the snow and ice first and then repair two leaking areas. They did everything they said they were going to do and had awesome prices.
