"the cost for all the work was $90, a tip that was given to us was $30. that total ($120) was reflected on the invoice for tax purposes, not as an additional charge. we would have been fine with the agreed upon $90. i am to understand that the microwave might have been missed, and that may not have been communicated to us at the time of the cleaning. we try to collect as much information as possible on the tasks that need to be cleaned, for example, the blinds were something that were requested from us (at no charge) at the time of arrival. we are very sorry that the service was not to your liking, and we would gladly reduce our regular rate on a future visit. we certainly were on our hands and knees doing your baseboards, but we will perform that task for you again, at no charge."
