Hired Aquabear services to handle some simple projects around our house. Expected a professional manner ,but found myself having to initiate calls to them due to no shows for them to say it was due to someone being sick. I understand sickness, but it would be nice to RECEIVE the call from them. I was told they would arrive first thing in the morning and no one would show until after noon... multiple times. Lastly, we now have an unfinished patch on our house because no one ever came back to finish. I’ve learned my lesson on paying in advance since the services requested were not fully completed; even after contacting Dave . Pool services may be the better quality service of this company, but for anything else, you have to have time and money to spare. Very disappointed. Very Good people, not so good professionalism.

"I understand where the customer is coming from, I know this customer was under a lot of stress with moving and having to get this house on the market as soon as possible. The contract was for some handyman items to get the house up to par to put on the market. Our company went to the the home several times to perform work for the customer and the supplies that were to be supplied by the customer were either not there or the wrong supplies for the task. Multiple visits to the job were required because of materials not being there. Our company also performed many other task not related to the original contract to help the customer with their move. The time of our Company is just as valuable as the customer and we make every effort to make the customer happy with the end result, but in the end all of the materials were not supplied and the customer moved to the new residence and several attempts were made to finish the job with no success."

Paid $100 to get pool clean up and $130 for first months service. Provider took and deposited check and said he would return within 2 days to do clean up and start service. It is now 10 days after payment and provider has not returned to do any service or clean up and has not returned any of 5 voice messages left on his phone.

"I had a death in the family and advised the customer, all work was completed as contracted , customer promised me he would change review but did not. I had to go out of state for family funeral."

We bought a new house and the pool was green when we moved in. We found Aqua Bear on Angie's List and gave them a call. Dave was very responsive and straight forward about what needed to be done and how long it would take to clear it up. We were so pleased that we have enlisted him for weekly servicing. As well, we hired him to modify a cabinet and install double ovens. Dave was great! We will definitely Look to Aqua Bear for future projects.

Very professional and very nice. Fixed pool problems quickly, (pool did not hold water) and for a reasonable price. problems included skimmer, leaking plumbing lines from pump, and building new platform so pump sits level now.

I had used the same company for 2 years prior to finding Aquabear services. The company I had used started no showing and giving me excuses so a neighbor referred Aquabear Services because they had used them for 6 months. They came on time and always have for the past almost two years I have used them. They have even built me a new fence gate to my pool and changed our locks inside my home. Definitely will refer to anyone!

Awsome job. Pool is always clear. If i ever have a pump or something break they come out very fast to get it fixed. They also remodeled my kitchen and am very pleased with the results.
