My appointment was scheduled promptly and Tyson the repair specialist arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He made the repair and explained exactly what he was doing. He cleaned his work area nicely. I would highly recommend him as he is very competent.

Repairman out here 2 times charging $263.32 total and oven still not achieving correct temperature. I could almost buy and brand new stove for this price! Repairmen seemed to be guessing at problem.

Tyson arrived on schedule and made the proper adjustments to the microwave oven in short order to render it again operable. It had not been wanting to function without slamming the door. We were quite pleased with the speed and efficiency of the repair.

I called and spoke with Frank. I explained the issue and he said that there was a high probability that it was the timer. It was late on Friday morning when I called and he set an appointment time for Monday morning. On Monday morning he called to say he was on his way and reconfirmed our address. He arrived on time and proceeded to diagnose the washing machine. He indicated that installation of a new timer would fix the issue and that he had one with him. He installed the new timer and the machine now works properly.

They called me within 30 minutes of me looking for a pro. They came within 4 hrs. Had to return the nest day with the part. While here I asked about fixing my stove. One burner would not work. Francis o returned the next day with both parts and fixed my appliances within 30 minutes. He answered all my questions. Was very professional and prompt. Would definitely hire him again

If they come to your house, its $80. Whether you use them or not. Therefore, you have no choice but to let them do it, right? Then you are at their mercy. At first, he said it was going to cost 100-250. He didn’t think it was going to be that much. Ice had formed in the freezer and he needed to wait till that happened, so he came back the next day. The next day, the cost had gone up to more than $300. Cant remember off the top of my head but I think it was $352. I ha no choice but to pay .

Great! Frankie (the owner) returned my voicemail on the next business day. He was able to give me a same day appointment. He was able to figure out what was wrong and repaired my microwave to full working condition. He was friendly, prompt and professional.
