"Sorry to hear that we went over and beyond to remove all hard water that was on your windows also to get your tracks cleaned inside you need to have your interior windows cleaned as well . We were there foe an exterior window cleaning . Next time please ask for in and out window cleaning to have your inner tracks cleaned. Thanks"
