Great experience with excellent service and results. Although a tough week to schedule a task such as this, with all the rain days. My concern wasn’t based on timing as much as quality of finished product. Stephanie demonstrated excellent customer service by maintaining continuous communication as to schedule updates. Her crew was courteous, efficient and thorough. The results are outstanding and I will definitely be using Aqua NoVa Restoration for future project needs.

Start off with excellent customer service. The owner reached out to us immediately and worked with me as we discussed washing our 14 year old home for the first time. She kept me up to date as to when the crew was going to arrive on site which was a nice touch. The crew that came out was very personable, professional, and explained everything to us. The job was fantastic! Our house is once again looking brand new! A great value for the results that they provided us! Highly recommend.

Outstanding! They arrived a few minutes late but with traffic in my area, that is normal. They were very quick and did an outstanding job of removing all mold from the north side of the house and the grease stains on the concrete. Their pricing was spot on. Not the lowest, not the highest, but right in the middle of the pack. The owner, Stephanie, was on site with her sleeves rolled up and working along side her crew.
