I lucked out that Jonathan was the first guy to return my call for a plumber. He showed up the next morning, In three hours, he reconfigured the drains under the sinks and replaced all the pipes. Despite the extra time he needed to do the job (because he had to correct 20 years of my DIY mistakes), he charged me only the time he quoted on the phone: 1.5 hours. You wonâ t find a more conscientious or more honest tradesman.
