Completely useless visit. I requested a water softener repair. The technician tested the water and discovered that it was hard (I knew this already because the water softener wasn't working). He pushed buttons on the control valve of the water softener and discovered that it wasn't working (I already knew this). They couldn't repair the water softener because it wasn't "their" equipment (brand and model was noted in the repair request, so they presumably already knew they wouldn't be able to repair, but came anyway). The technician volunteered to send a plumber and a sales consultant. Don't waste your $98 on Aquarius. This company is a complete scam.

I recently purchased a new dryer, but when it arrived, it wouldn't turn on. At first, I thought I had received a faulty unit from the store. However, the delivery man suggested that the issue might actually be with the outlet. Concerned about the situation, I called Aquarius for assistance, and they quickly sent David Schaeffer to diagnose the problem. I have to say, David was incredibly helpful. He efficiently determined that the issue was indeed with the outlet rather than the dryer itself. This experience marked my second time using Aquarius. My first encounter was for a plumbing issue they resolved for me earlier. I can't recommend Aquarius enough! Their team is always friendly and eager to assist. A huge thanks to David for fixing my outlet. Now my new dryer is up and running, and I am very satisfied with the service I received!

Today, Nate came to fix electrical issues and while here we had him check a few other electrical items as well. He left us with a fixed home and happy with his services! Nick was waiting for me when I came back from an errand. He was very good at explaining what he was going to do, then did it, then explained what he found. Very professional! Aquarius should tweak their scheduling plan to incorporate windows of when the tech will arrive. The current method of announcing that the tech will be there without stating when is very inconvenient for the homeowner.

Aquarius has a great organization. Everyone I have met or spoken with has been helpful and courteous. Their technicians are first rate and take the time to listen while I explain any concerns. They also take the time to explain what is wrong, if anything, how the system works and what I should do to maintain the system. We have a Kinetico water softener from Aquarius and have been doing business with them for over 30 years. A shout out to Jon and Cole for going above and beyond to keep our Kinetico performing perfectly.

Not satisfied at all. Over the years with this system, I have agreed to every upgrade whenever the system goes wrong. What I find incomprehensible is that aquarius knows that some parts in their drinking water filtration system can leak and can destroy cabinets and have built something else to fix the problem. They have access to all the customers with the old dysfunctional parts and could easily inform them to get those parts changed out. Instead they wait until it leaks out and causes damage and then use that opportunity to offer you replacement parts at a new price. Now imagine if car recalls happened the same way. If you ask, you are told that your system is no longer under warranty which has nothing to do with notifying customers about defective internal parts.

Riley was the technician who serviced my air conditioner yesterday. Riley always kept me informed on the progress of the work he was doing and before leaving THOROUGHLY explained the condition of my air conditioner and what I can do to extend its life. Fortunately my air conditioner, even though it’s 11 years old, is in great condition and I plan on doing things to prolong its life. Overall I would give Riley a rating of 10. He is an exceptional technician, knows his job, explains things well, and personable. The cost today was $17 for a replacement filter.
