On Wednesday morning I woke up to water in my basement due to a leaky gauge. I called Agua Well and Pump and they told me they could try to get out that day but for sure the next day. The woman that answered the phone gave me her cell phone number so I could forward a video of the problem. About 4 hours later, I received a call that they would be at my house in 5 - 10 minutes. I left work and by the time I got home, they were there. The service technician, Chad explained everything to me and gave me his recommendation to replace the pressure tank due to the gauge leaking and the age of my tank. I went back to work and the job was completed by the time I got done for the day. Excellent communication and customer service!

I called for a well pump system inspection. They were very friendly and accommodating. Their customer service is very good. The technician came out and did some testing at the disconnect. I asked the technician if he wanted to test the pressure tank, he said no.. He told me the pump was bad and needed to be replaced. He said that a new pump and pressure tank and disconnect would be the solution. He word of mouth quoted me a few thousand dollars for a new pump system. I told him I would have to think about it and have to get back to them. This well pump system was only for watering our garden and washing cars. I was hoping to get the existing system to work. I haven't used the well as long as I have lived in the house. I did not know anything about well systems, which is why I called what I thought were the professionals and most knowledgeable technicians on the subject. In the meantime, I spoke to various coworkers and looked at youtube videos of well pump systems. I was hoping to replace the pump myself. In the end, I fixed the well pump system myself. The well pump is working great. The problem was a bad schroeder valve(I never knew what that was before) and the inlet to the pressure tank was completely blocked. I had to use a lot of elbow grease to scrape it out. I learned how to pressurize my pressure tank, I learned that I have an "air over water" galvanized steel pressure tank. I spent 35.00 on the new schroeder valve, a new "tee" fitting and a new pressure gauge(i accidentally dropped and broke the one that was original to the house). I paid 95.00 for a "trip charge" from Aqua Well and Pump. I called them to tell them my story. They did not seem impressed that I was able to fix my well pump system and their trained technician either was incompetent or lazy. Buyer beware.

Arrived on schedule. Went through the elimination process and determined problem was in the line to the pump or the pump itself (no water pressure). The service rep explained everything so that I understood fully what was going to happen. The pipe to the well motor was pulled up and a nickel sized hole was found in the pipe about 10 feet from the pump. The pipeline was galvanized metal and was very rusty. More holes were sure to develop; so, I had the whole line replaced. We also found the pump was 30 plus years old so, I had that replaced too. The service rep kept me informed through the entire installation process; as well as what to do after everything was completed. The pump had to be flushed with chlorine so, there is a short waiting process, tap flushing proceedure and water testing that he explained before leaving.

Well I would beware if you wanted to get a quote from these guys. I needed to get a new well. I received 3 quotes from different sources. These guys came in the best. First I signed the contract in late June and did not get the well till Early Sept. Took an awful long time. They blamed it on weather but there were plenty of stretches of nice weather. No excuse. Then when they finally did complete, the sent me a bill for over $1000 more. Again no excuse. They said they had to do more work so it cost more. Then they need a new estimator who knows what they are doing. I could see a couple of hundred off but not $1000. BEWARE!

First of all, very unprofessional on the phone (pretty much their way or the highway) and in person. They do not where covers for their boots and when it was mudding it was not pretty on our stairs. Smelt like smoke when they walked in the door. There is no follow up and we needed follow up work to be done and they would not return phone calls. This went on for weeks until we found someone else to do the work. DO NOT use this service.

Very straightforward. The individual that did the testing explained everything that was checked and gave insight for things to look for when things are not correct.

Good. They scheduled the appointment, came on time, professionally installed the system and gave me a test kit to make sure radon was abated, which it was.

They were busy after being on vacation but worked to get our issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Replaced equipment same day. Quality work.

<p>My experience with Aqua Well was horrible.  Last December we noticed our water pressure was going down and called Aqua Well to check on the problem.  After checking the well they told us it was possible they could clean out the existing well to restore the pressure and if that didn’t work they would need to drill a new well.  Based on our discussion we agreed that it would be best to wait until spring to do the work.  In spring we contacted Aqua Well and set up an appointment.  The technician was unable to clean out the existing well and told us a new well needed to be drilled but no one was available until the following week – meaning we would be without water for about a week.  I called Jean at Aqua Well and she told me that they don’t drill wells (despite that being listed as one of the services they offer on their web site) and the sub-contractors were busy until the following week.  I questioned why they would even do this on a Friday if they didn’t have the ability to complete the job and Jean told me it was my fault for allowing them to do it on a Friday.  She also told me the technician offered to reconnect the well but we refused.  I explained to Jean that the tech told us if they reconnected the well, the sludge from trying to bail out the well would cement all of our water fixtures shut and we would have to replace all of them, and her response was “They did offer and you refused” – what kind of reputable company would even consider that an offer?   Aqua Well then sent us an estimate for a new well at over $15,000.  Due to the horrible customer service and the bind they left us in I started calling other companies.  One company who used the same sub-contractor to dig the well was about $500 cheaper for just the sub-contractor than Aqua Well.  Another company told us that a non critical job should never have been started on a Friday and especially not in spring when all the well drillers were busy with new constructions.  Another company asked us why they weren’t re-drilling the existing well which I didn’t know myself.  We decided to use another service provider, they re-drilled the existing well, got us strong water pressure the same day and saved us over $11,000.  In all fairness I do need to thank Aqua Well for providing such rude customer service and dragging their feet on completing the job – if they have been professional and able to do the job right away it would have cost us $11,000 more than it did so my sincere thanks them for their horrible service.  </p>

Very easy to make appointment. <br /> Josh showed up and was very polite.  I explained the situation that a home inspector had found some water near the water pump and that we had to have the "leak" repaired as part of the home sale. <br /> Josh wiped down all the pipes and watched for leaks for five minutes and determined that water on the floor and pipes was due to condensation. <br /> The woman answering the phone had actually asked me if it was just condensation when I called to make the service call but told her we had to have someone come out to inspect. <br /> Used Angie's List coupon. <br /> Josh was great, super polite and explained everything he was doing. <br />

Ezra was very willing to answer my questions and even let me watch as he worked (I'm a bit of a learner bee). He gave me many recommendations as to how to address where the problem could be, including solutions that ranged from the most expensive (constant flow system) to simplest (stay with what we have).  I really appreciated his integrity. He honored my request to go the simplest route without any negative reaction at all, and quoted me what it would take. He told me about $275 and the final bill was $265. I even mentioned an Angie's list coupon and he honored it upon seeing it on my monitor.  I REALLY appreciated his service orientation. <br />

They are very good.  We've used them in the past for other services.  We called them on a Saturday morning and they were there in a couple of hours.
