He was very detailed oriented which was a learning lesson about my spa heater. It is back up and running great. I found his pricing to be fair and competitive. I've owned two homes i the San Antonio area and Aquia Pool and Spa has serviced both...for about 12 years. Jason, Tony and the technicians are all knowledgeable about what is required and what needs to be accomplished with regards to the equipment, chemicals, etc. They are quick to respond if there are issues...and repairs and maintenance are worked like clockwork. If you need a pool/spa service, you need to reach out to Aquia.

I've been using Aquia Pool and Spa for 10+ years now and have had absolutely outstanding service. They've replaced frozen pumps, resurfaced my pool, accomplished weekly cleaning, and more. They come once a week and make having a pool so enjoyable. They have even switched our pool over to salt water from chlorine. Changed our underwater pool light. Aquia Pool & Spa has been taking care of my pool & spa for years. They perform all normal maintenance, and they do it in a quiet, timely, and professional manner. On top of the normal stuff, there are two other reasons I go to them every year for all my pool and spa needs: First they are proactive about letting me know what will become a problem in the future and dealing with it now while it's still easily manageable from a time and cost perspective. Second, occasionally I will call them out of the blue about an issue or a question or a problem and they respond quickly, deal with the issue directly, and if needed even apologetically. If I owned a company, I'd like it to be run just like Jason runs his. Oh, last thing I love: They are a one stop shop. Pool, Pool Equipment, Lighting, Electrical, New install, Maintenance: They do it al. One call to fix it all. Thank you Aquia Pool & Spa for all you do!

I've been using Aquia for pool service for almost 5 years now. I am very happy with their work. Each time a tech comes out for the weekly service, he sends an email report regarding what he actually did. Aquia has also been very responsive when I've an issue outside of the normal weekly service. They are very knowledgeable and highly dedicated to what they do. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Great. Aquia shows up every week without fail and provides a written report of services rendered and any other information I might need to know to keep the pool running efficiently. If I have a question that needs answering outside of their normal weekly visit, they respond very quickly.

Jason spent hours fixing the hot tub that came with our house. He had quite a bit of trouble shooting to do, and it was difficult finding parts. It now works like it is brand new! He is a very gifted repair person. We have had other things on our pool fixed, and he has done great work with everything. His pool cleaner staff have kept the pool looking great, and we have never had any issues like we did with other services.
