He came and diagnose the issues. He gave options to replace or keep it for few more year after servicing the tank. But I decided to replace the tank. He was very punctual and professional.

Vinny was terrific from the first call through completion. I got other quotes for the work and Aquifer beat them on price and took the time to explain exactly how he came to his prices and the different components he suggests and why. He stopped by to take a look and ensure he had all of the fittings and such he needed before the day of the job. He arrived on time, did exactly what he said he would do, was neat, personable, and professional the entire time. He even corrected/installed a valve that someone else had improperly left out, to ensure I had no trouble with this part of the system in the future. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Vinny was magnificent. He is polite, knowledgable, neat, and delivered the best result. my well water system is better than since I brought the house 10 years ago.

Vinnie and his son arrived as scheduled. They immediately discovered the problem and quoted a price of 150.00 if they could finish within an hour. Started to work on the removal of a corroded, copper connection that had been improperly installed by previous repairman. Vinnie reported he did not have the right size pipe with him and they left to purchase the part. When they returned, the part was installed, tested, and the problem was fixed within an hour. No extra charge except the cost of the part. Vinnie is a genuinely nice man, besides being good at his profession and reliable in his time of arrival and his estimate of charges.

Vinnie installed a supplemental system to my water softening system. Under trying circumstances, Vinnie was professional and did a great job.

Vinnie and his Son fixed our well and installed a new pump, tank, switch, valves, and fittings. We watered our yard that afternoon with good well water ?.

I can't say enough good things about Vinny. I had called him for an estimate, and whether or not he serviced our area, and received a call back within a couple hours (unlike the place we had been using, who had told us we were not a priority since our well water is not used for drinking). He happened to be in our area and offered to come over after he finished that project. The first evening, he and his partner were here for over three hours, and stayed until about 9:30 that night. Due to prior appointments, he was unable to finish the job until two days later, but the work was done and done beautifully. Very friendly, very professional, and Took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Will definitely be recommending him to family and friends, and will absolutely call him if we need it again.

Was open and honest about my options, what they would cost and the pros and cons of each option. I felt like I was given a 100% honest assessment of my situation, very trustworthy I would use Vinnie again for sure. Thanks!

Contacted me right away. Made estimate over the phone. I was waiting for another guy to come and give me an estimate, but after he called me he never showed. Vinny on the other hand, followed up several times, which was great. He did everything he said he would do, and he did it quickly. I contacted him a few months later to ask if he did water testing. He did not, but gave me a great referral. If I need to get a filter installed, I'm calling Vinny back to do the work.

I was unsuccessful in getting my well repaired by the original installers after weeks of trying to get them to return my calls, I went to Angie's list and found Vinny at?Aquifer Water Systems. ?I called him that morning and told him I believe I killed my 30 year old water pump and wanted a price to replace it. ?After providing some basic information over the phone and sending him some pictures, he said he likely has the water pump in stock and can come by at noon to replace it. He arrived on time and started troubleshooting the well. ?In a short amount of time, he realized it wasn't a bad pump but the pressure switch and started working on replacing it. ?I asked him to also repair some broken pipes going to the pressure tank which?he was able to do and reconfigured the pipes to make it perform better. ?Less than 90 minutes later, he had the whole thing repaired and working better then before. I found Vinny to be very honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and a real professional who cares about the quality of his work. ?I will of course be calling him back for any future maintenance issues and recommend him to my friends. ?It was a real pleasure doing business with him.

He did a great job,he was very professional and took an interest in the job!! Much better then any other well service I have had. Very dependable and cleaned up after himself. <br />

<p>Vinny responded promptly to my call.  He came and evaluated my problem, explained all the possible scenarios and gave me  a proposal.  We agreed and he came the next day to start the job.  It was a difficult job because the pump was stuck in the ground.  But with his expertise, patience and perseverance, be finally removed the pump.  (Luckily we did not lose the well, which was a possibility.)  Vinny replaced the pump, and cleaned up everything.  You can hardly tell there was a big hole in my yard.  He replaced all needed fittings, checked the tank and replaced the pressure gauge and explained everything along the way.  Vinny made sure the pump and well were running properly and had me run the irrigation system through all cycles to be sure it was operating correctly.  I would very highly recommend Vinny.  He is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work and a very nice person to have working around your home.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Thanks Vinny.  (Aquifer Water Systems)</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />
